Developing Diverse Talent

We will shortly be looking for a handful of organisations to work with us in Cohort 2 of the Academy's pilot of talent management tools. Full details will be available by the end of the month but interested organisations can contact us now for a discussion. An invitation to join the second phase of the Innov8 Charter will also be out later in November. Phase 2 starts in March with a 2 day summit which is currently being designed and will include a session from Professor Michael West. To support this work we will design and pilot a line manager programme 'Developing Diverse Talent'. Finally, we will be testing a dataset with HRDs to monitor and forecast demand and supply for key leadership roles and their development. For further information contact [email protected]

A fantastic afternoon of celebration with video footage of nominees and live entertainment from Hoot Creative Arts made for an energising and inspiring event. Over 100 nominations were received producing 36 finalists in 9 categories making judging a challenging.
