The sale has a strong history of offering money making bred’s in all price ranges with the ability to benefit any program whether it be a commercial or an elite seed stock operation. This year the highlight of the sale is probably the offspring of the young donors that Sanders Ranch has acquired over the past several years. • Cottontail turned heads on the tan bark, but now its her progeny that are turning the heads of cattleman all over the country! Look at what her calves have done in the last 9 months, Hillbrands sell half of a Duracell for $17,500 at the North American, Lee Simmentals and Forest Brook Farms bought half of our Steel Force daughter for $15,000 and a Shocking Dream son, SS/PRS Gunslinger sold to Lee and Landes for $12,500. Earlier this winter Hartman Cattle Co. and Conley purchased SS/PRS High Voltage a Duracell son that is a full sib to the pregnancy we are selling! The top selling bull at the Kentucky Beef Expo and Grand Champion was a Upgrade out of Cottontail. We just weaned our spring calves and the heaviest calf in the whole bunch is Cottontails natural bull calf by Bettis. No matter what she is mated to she hits a home run. In this lot you have a full sib pregnancy to SS/PRS High Voltage and HS Sweet Gem. We are also offering 3 embryos by Movin Forward. This outcross mating has huge potential, imagine how in demand the resulting calves will be. After viewing the quality of the Movin Forwards in this sale, you will understand how valuable these calves will be! They will be the next big thing!

• It just wouldn’t be a Head of the Class sale if we didn’t offer a breed leading daughter of Empriss L091. This one is an absolute load! The Movin Forwards are known for their extra body and power and when you cross him with the best Angus cow there has been for producing halfbloods you get this freak! The Empriss daughters have commanded prices of $7,000-$9,000-$11,000-$17,000 and $20,000. 302Y is the best to date and the history of these females are they just get better and better (that’s scary). Worth the drive from anywhere, females like her don’t come around very often. She is the one and only female by Movin Forward, and with the loss of the Empriss cow there will be no more. Here is a chance to own a direct daughter of the great Empriss L091! Homozygous black.

• The Red Jewel cow has drawn more interest than about any cow we have had on the place, and for good reason, they are all of her progenty are flat good! This dark red dandy of a cow was Grand Champion female at the World Beef Expo and turned many heads when she sold at the National sale in Fort Worth. The Movin Forwards are just as you would imagined- huge boned, massive middled and have a free moving skeletal design. Jewels Doll, the deep red Dominator is high performing, huge hipped and easy on the eyes. All of these daughters have bright futures ahead of them in the show ring, front pasture and donor pen. These are the first daughters we have sold out of this prolific young donor. Circle M Farms in Texas just added some frozen genetics out of Red Jewel, so get on the bandwagon, you will be glad you did!

• The Kandy Kisses cow family has been so good to us and this direct MT daughter has to be among the very best when it comes to generating dollars! The progeny out of this cow have won divisions at major shows, topped this sale repeatedly and have gone on to be profitable donors for their new owners. Kandy N303 progeny have sold to Brooks, Bethany Grainger, Savannah Cox, Due North Ranch and Tom Aberer to name a few. Also the Funkhouser Family purchased a daughter at the North American plus the embryos purchased by Don Fisher turned into a $5,000 heifer at the Wild Wild West sale. Dazzle, N303 daughter, was purchased at the American Royal and is now a successful donor after winning show career at Sunset View Farm. It will be a sad day at the ranch when she is loaded up on a trailer but knowing her value to her new owner will make us smile. Recently we have been flushing her to Angus bulls making half-bloods and she has worked better than any donor we have got. We bred her to our % bull we own with Sunset View, SVF/HTP Packin Heat, the Trademark son of Daisy Mae’s. Just a reminder Kandy N303’s Trademark daughter brought $13,100 just a few short years ago. • 414 is a very impressive purebred Angus cow that came from Gil Ray Cowles in Kentucky. If you like them deep, sound and functional this cow is for you. The proof is in the pudding, and her Star Player Heifer calf is really fancy and can compete at any level. The mating to “Fatt Butt” should be right up there with stellar! Homozygous black.• Bred AI on 4-15-11 to Flying B Cut Above, ASA# 2341498. Safe in calf to “Fat Butt”.• Pasture Exposed from 4-20-11 to 7-01-11 to LMF Movin Forward, ASA# 2429130.
