Acupressure points to relieve neck pain and headaches. Bring your hands to the base of your scull and feel the bony ridge from behind your ears to the top of your spine. Allow your fingers to sink in to the muscles under the scull at the point where the ridge arches. Tuck your index fingers underneath angling in and up towards the opposite eyes.

Move one hand to your face just one fingers width above the center of your eyebrow.Apply a very gentle pressure here while you maintain the connection with the other finger still placed under the scull.

Hold until you feel a softening in the muscles or the pulses synchronize under your fingers.

Repeat on the other side.
