Storming Method:

Storming: After you start to feel comfortable and over the stock of the drastic change or the “disaster” situation, you have to finally deal with the problem at hand. During the storming stage you might have the urge that you are alone again, but you have to

take a step back and think about your norms again.

Preforming: by this stage you should be so happy and start to overcome the situation because you have overcome the “storm”, created “Norms”, and now you are looking towards the future to a better life without a
