The evidence provided by the case is that, rather than working with people that is in
the same discipline as they are, people at Tymco worked with those that are from
dierent units. An instance of this is when the supervisor of technicaldocumentation Boundreau worked with Jenkins, who is from technical training and
Benito, who is from translation services.

It is advisable that for the following perhaps, a debrieng session is to be conducted
so that the group would be able to discuss and share what they have learned about
the concept of teamwork. Being able to re!ect on what they have e"perienced can
potentially lead to a behavioral change to the members of the group that is why it is
important that there will be some sort of a group discussion, probably over lunch.

&vidence on teamwork development occurred when '( participants painted the
house together towards the end of the pro)ect. The Tymco team members also
e"changed smiles, high ves and hugs, further suggesting they were able to build
camaraderie among each other. Aside from that, each member also accepted their
assigned responsibility, discovered their strengths and weaknesses and was able towork well with each other. This shows that the home rehab day was able to
eectively boost team spirit.

player is valid, however, he is missing the point of replacing shingles being a
contribution to an interdependent task, and that doing such can promote teamwork.

not being able to interact with others did not encourage the concept of being a
team player.
