Human Behavior in Organizations Course Instructor – Dr. Sumita Rai Topic for Section C - Group 10 Unraveling Performance Appraisal The project aims to discuss various forms of performance appraisal and their associated benefits for the organization and resulting employee motivation. Additionally, we plan to conduct a study/survey where people shall evaluate what forms of appraisal (and to what extent) they prefer. We would sort the data based on work experience as well as gender so as to ascertain what forms of appraisal are appealing to various demographics of employees.
