Butler Street We put our house on the market at a difficult time of the year - mid December. Haydn was very honest with us about expectations for sale over the Christmas / New Year period which is typically a slow period for real estate sales. Well with Haydn at the helm we had no need to worry because he sold our house at the very first open home - in literally four hours - and the first offer we got exceed our expectations. Wow. Not only can he sell houses but Haydn also has great people skills and he was able to negotiate a smooth path through a couple of issues we had with building & pest and bank delays. Nothing fazes Haydn he’s always cool, calm and collected I think he’s seen it all and he has the confidence he can sort out whatever issues arise because he has done it all before. Leah and Chris
