This is extremely helpful to the administration staff and the rest of the school in making sure our records are current. Changes that we need to know are: • Phone numbers • Address • Child’s medication • Emergency contact information • Transport to and from school Term 4 RAP Award Excursion The students have voted and the end of Term 4 RAP award excursion will be at Booderee National Park. More information will be sent home to eligible students towards the end of the term. End of year stocktake We have just started our end of year stocktake of school resources. If you find any school resources (e.g.: books, toys, electronic equipment, clothes) that have accidently found their way home, would you please send them back to school so the students can use them next year. End of school pick up procedure Just a reminder of the procedure for picking up students at the end of the day. In the afternoon, the bus bay/pedestrian gates open at 2:45pm. When parking in the Kiss and Drop area please display the Havenlee School Logo so you have no issues when leaving the car to pick up your child (the laminated logos can be collected from the office). We recommend that parents come to the school Kiss and Drop area no earlier than 2:45pm. Please note that most buses and cars have left by 3pm so it is sometimes easier for get into the kiss and drop between 3-3:15pm. We thank you for your consideration with this. Canteen News School canteen will be open every Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday. Volunteer helpers always needed as little as one day a month. Call North Nowra Public

Thank you to everyone who supported and contributed to Footy Colours Day in Term 3, Havenlee School raised $69.75 for this great cause.
Special Olympics - Gymnastics
Thank you to all our parents and carers who sent in their child's Active Kid's voucher. There is still
time to send them in.
Special Olympics has organised a Gymnastics program to run every week on Tuesdays and
Thursdays at Havenlee School hall. Every class will participate for a session each week with two
Gymnastics coaches.
Havenlee Café
Myrtle will be running the Havenlee
Café every Friday for lunch throughout TERM 4. Please send your child’s order in their communication
book. 3 x chicken nuggets $1.50 6 x chicken nuggets $3.00 1 serve of chips $1.00 (with chicken salt) Tomato sauce 50c Barbeque sauce 50c Chocolate milkshake $1.00 Strawberry milkshake $1.00

This Friday 25 October is Bandanna Day!!
Bandannas are $5 each – available at school.
Send in money in an envelope clearly marked – Students can wear bandannas to school on
the day.
LEMON MYRTLE FOR SALE
At Havenlee school the student have grown Lemon Myrtle. This is can be used in cakes, biscuits, cheesecake, ice cream & roast chicken. This is available for purchase from Havenlee School or delivered on request. The cost is $4 per jar.
