 Team Event is AWESOME!. Thank you so much for 

coming and bringing all your guests. We stopped countingat 35 here in Las Vegas. Those that tuned in on- line foundlots of excitement and awards. We could hardly keep upwith door, the phone and certainly the emails were flying in.61 emails in one hour and 15 minutes. All topics were being

sent my way. I did the best I could to keep up with the mailand the action in front of me. 

A few of you still had challenges with your computers butfor the most part the East Coast did great, the Mid West,South West and California too. I think we were over 25 online, plus those sharing a computer with guests. Those of you that had challenges, let me share a few thoughts:

1. Use the fastest computer in the house, biggestmemory. Sometimes Lap Tops are not the best option.

2. No one else on the internet in the household/ viewingmovies or on the web with email and programs. 1computer per household going.

3. If you get bumped off. Close it down, reboot your computer and come back in. Sometimes, your connection will kick you off. Close it down, reboot andyou will be good to go.

4. Please don’t call my cell during the meeting, I can’ttake the call. Call the office if you have a question thatmust be addressed.

5. Relax and enjoy the meeting. If your computer doesn’tlike the video stream, go to bed, relax and find a coffeehouse/ library that has a faster link and watch it thenext day or so. This is meant to be a fun experience,not one that makes you tense and frustrated.

6. Trust me when I say that ALL hands are on deck here,doing the best we can to make this all come together.We are not in a video studio, we are at home, workingour fingers as quick as we can, with the mostprofessional options we have available to us.

Stream or on our Website, you will be notified.8. When the shells are available to order, home officeturns them on. I have no control over when they flipthe switch. I try to give you a big enough window tocover the time delay home office might impose.Again, I only want the very BEST for each of you.

a.m. NO Breakfast… We will be on the lookout for each of you. Meeting begins at 9 a.m. Lunch is included.

Speaking of Rep Conference… For each Conference Jenniehas set aside three one of a kind shells that you Reps willhave a chance to bid on as part of a live auction. Allproceeds go towards cancer research. This is so fun, butdoes get a bit pricey.. One of a kind… Tooooo cool..

This statement appears to confuse some of you. Please, let meclarify in detail.  (Please email me your sales totals)Sales totals are sales that “have been entered into the My Miche Computer program.” They are your orders that you have placed to me for your customers. This is not to include items that you are selling out of your personal stash / inventory/ or Kit… YIKES… Please don’t do that !!!!! ONLYthe orders that you have entered count towards your totals. Not orders for supplies, new releases or orders you sold and didn’t enter. Everything

MUST be in the My Miche system for any commissioned rep to get any typeof incentive bonus.

Perhaps, I have been unclear, but I have certainly tried to make sure thatthere has been no confusion. Miche Corp insists that all orders for customers be entered in the My Miche system. Without that being done,our distributorship is not following the policies in place by Corp. When Iask for your sales totals, that is what I want. ONLY those figures because Iam comparing them to what I have on my reports. When you are off byseveral hundred dollars, it makes no sense to me. We go by party date…and on the meeting incentives, meeting to meeting.
