Criteria: Average Quarterly Performance Results for the following 2 Metrics:
• When: Fiscal Quarters: March/June/Sept/Dec• What: $300 in your paycheck* and up to $50 per head event with Market Manager
on their next visit. • Team picture on Flextronics RTS ConneXion Portal
NRS 80% and Above
WTR 55% and Above
*Employee is responsible for all applicable taxes
Market Manager Ovation Award
Criteria: Average Quarterly Performance Results for the following 2 Metrics:
• When: Fiscal Quarters: June/Sept/Dec/March• What: $500 in your paycheck *• Lead a Market Manager Meeting • Picture on Flextronics RTS ConneXion Portal

WTR 55% and Above

Criteria: Demonstrating Flextronics Values and going above and beyond for external customers,
internal customers, supporting the organization to success.
What: Pewter section of the gift catalog below that holds a prize value of $200.00.
When: Monthly
How Many: 2 1.One Award is designated to our Support Organizations to include:
• Recruiting, Training, Operations, Finance and Human Resources
2. One Award is designated for all other employees
Process: Submit your nomination on-line (ConneXion Portal) by the last day of the calendar month. Management. Review and Selection Process will take place every second Tuesday after month-end nominations
DSC Champion – Fill the Fridge
Criteria: Market Manager choice of top location performance or demonstrated performance movement in market.

DSC Manager of the Month Award
Each month DSC Managers will nominate other DSC Managers

One DSC Manager per REGION per month will be rewarded:
1. $100 in your paycheck*
2. A Certificate signed by Regional Director
3. Picture on ConneXion Portal
4. Invited to attend a Market Manager Meeting

Peer to Peer Recognition
• Recognize each other for all the good things that happen at the DSC’s on a daily basis.
• Be on the lookout to recognize people doing the right things for our customers, each other and putting The Flextronics Service Experience into action!
