Job DescriptionTypical topics in the design are:

Prepare geotechnical Investigation Specification and make detailed Interpretation of soil parameters;

Foundation design (on grade and on piles);

Concrete framing design till 15 storeys;

Steel structure design;

Pre-stressed concrete design for building slabs;

Coordination of steel fibre design (actual design by steel fibre supplier);

Retaining (water and soil) structure design;

Overall seismic design Industrial Buildings and midrise Commercial buildings;

Familiar with latest building material developments;

All aspects in Industrial floor design;

Preparing Bill of Quantities.

The candidate shall be well familiar with local building codes with regards to all design features.
