THE ROSEBUD MINE OVERVIEW

•Rosebud Gold Mine is five miles south of Allied Nevada’s (TSX: ANV) Hycroft Mine in NW Nevada

•Harvest has a 100% interest in 54 unpatented mining claims, through a lease/option agreement.

•396,842 oz Au have been produced at Rosebud from 1997 to 2000 by Newmont/Hecla (avg. grade 0.416 oz Au/t)

•Rosebud has the potential to host 3-5 million oz Au.

THE ROSEBUD MINE OVERVIEW

•Multiple large target areas with historic high grade intercepts

•2010 drilling tested Mine Footprint and Valley Targets

•Dreamland, Motherland, Gold Hill, and Northeast targets not yet drilled by Harvest

Target types:

•High-grade chimneys

•Bulk tonnage halo

•Unconformity (high-grade deep veins)

•Gold and silver mineralization in each hole

•Mine Footprint bulk tonnage halo expanded

•Best ever intercept in Valley target

•High grade silver in Unconformity target

ROSEBUD MINE REINTERPRETATION

• New geologic mapping by HVG shows significant revisions to older mapping, especially structural features.

• In 2008, HVG acquired complete database of work by Newmont/Hecla/Santa Fe/LAC.

• Drill data digitized and compiled into 3D model.

• New structural model developed to target high-grade “chimney” zones and feeder veins.

• Subsurface data correlated with surface rock and enzyme leach soil data collected by HVG in 2008.

• Culmination of 2 years of data analysis and modeling, definition and refinement of targets for high confidence level.
