Harvard Catalyst Profiles: My Person List

Check out this new feature designed for department and program administrators!

• Select a group of faculty, run reports, and export their Profiles data.

• Reduce faculty administrative reporting burden (e.g., collecting publications).

• Extract data from Harvard Catalyst Profiles for use in other applications.

• Generate a list of name, rank, affiliation, publications, etc., of everyone in your department with a Harvard Catalyst Profile.

• Neat visualizations of your faculty list – useful for grant applications, to highlight collaboration, etc.

• Log in to Harvard Catalyst Profiles.

• Search for individuals or groups of people in the ‘Find People by Research Topic or Name’ search box on the Home page.

• In the My Person List dropdown (in the gray bar menu) you’ll see an option to ‘Add this person to my list’ or ‘Add matching people to my list.’

• Select ‘View my list and generate reports.’

• The cluster graph shows the co-author relationships among people in your list.

• The size of a circle is proportional to the number of publications that author has.

• The thickness of a line connecting two authors' names is proportional to the number of publications that they share.

• Options for customizing the network view are listed below the graph.
