In preparing for our new season, I find myself reflecting on our 2013/14 campaign. As I write we are still competing at the top end of the Aviva Premiership, we are driving on in the Amlin Challenge Cup and have the recently announced European competition to look forward to next year.

There have been a few lows, but many highs. We’ve seen a huge total squad performance; celebrated our 50th year at The Stoop; completed a European double over Racing Metro; had titanic tussles against Clermont Auvergne and away wins over Scarlets and Stade Français - with our players driven on by incredible travelling support.

Our England players have been instrumental in leading a resurgent national team; the strength in depth of our world class Academy has again shone through and the future, coupled with our new signings for the 2014/15 season, is full of promise.

We would not be in this position without our Members and fans. Your support helps us to spend up to the salary cap keeping us competitive on the field, to continue driving the level of talent through our Academy and to expand our award winning community programmes so more youngsters are attracted to rugby and the Harlequin way.

A main aim for 2014/15 membership is to make it easier and more flexible for every Member to come and support the players and to enjoy The Stoop. Developments for 2014/15 include:

• Price freeze across all levels of membership

• Introduction of ticket forwarding and reselling for games you are unable to attend

• Free upgrades to Adult tickets for Junior Members who cannot make rescheduled evening fixtures

• Expansion of our family packages We are continuing to take steps to improve the match day experience at The Stoop. We will increase our investment into the bars and food areas and cashless payment systems will make it quicker and easier to buy food and drinks at busy times.

Next season promises to be even more challenging and exciting. Our supporters contribute enormously to the unique sights and sounds around the stadium and make us the Club we are. Ticket Forwarding & ResaleIf you can’t make it to a match you will be able to forward your ticket to a friend or family member by email, or sell it through the Club to a fellow supporter.

Expanded Family MembershipsFamily membership is now more flexible with great value options also available to families of two adults / one child and one adult / two children.

Cashless Payments Your membership card will allow you to make quick and easy payments around The Stoop. Special offers and discounts will also be accessed with your card.

Mighty Quins Upgrades We know it can be difficult for our Junior Members to attend matches that are rescheduled to the evening, so we will allow Junior seats to be upgraded to Adult seatsat no extra cost using our Ticket Forwarding service.

We are delighted to be able to introduce some flexible new Member benefits for the 2014/15 season.

Membership CardCards for renewing Members will automatically update for the 2014/15 season. Existing Members need to keep their current card as it will provide access next season. Please note that replacement cards are charged at £10.

New Members will receive their card in July.

Those renewing their Club membership and who would now like to have access to the Members Bar can do so as there are a limited number of places available within the Bar. If the number of requests exceeds the number of places available we will operate a priority waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Membership is organised into two categories – the 1st XV Club located in the Gold and Premier seating sections at The Stoop and the 1866 Club with seats which are in the Club, Touchline and Jester sections – see Stoop Guide on pages 12-13.

Accessible Seating MembersMembers in the FJ and FH accessible seating areas will receive 1st XV Club benefits. Members in other accessible seating areas will receive 1866 Club benefits. Free entry will be provided to one or more helpers, subject to requirements.

Membership of QuinssaYou can join the official Quins Supporters’ Association for just £5 when you take up a membership. For details about Quinssa, please visit www.quinssa.org.uk.

Evening fixturesWe have learned from experience that some of our fixtures may be rescheduled to Friday evenings for television, making it difficult for our Mighty Quins Members to join us.

As a result, for these fixtures, we are introducing the option for all Junior memberships to be upgraded to an Adult ticket free of charge via our Ticket Forwarding service.

The Stoop has always been a hugely welcoming place for families with great child-friendly entertainment before, during and after every match.
