• To secure your Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park on your game date, a 50% deposit is required upon booking by credit card or within 21 days of booking by cheque. Without this payment your reservation will not be held. The remaining 50%, along with final guest numbers is due 21 days prior to your event date. In the event you cancel your Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park, your initial deposit is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to future seasons.

• To enjoy our Walk Up Service Bar company plan, a physical credit card must be on hand at your Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park event.

• In the event of inclement weather, our service team will work with you in the time leading up to your Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park date to provide solutions for your guests. Please inquire with your C’s representative if you have any questions about these policies.

• Service of alcohol ends at the conclusion of the 7th Inning unless otherwise posted.

• Tickets and wristbands will be ready for you upon full payment. Tickets admit you to the stadium; wristbands admit you to the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park area.

• No outside food or drink. All food from the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park area must stay in the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park area and is not to be taken into the seating area.

• Pets are not permitted in the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park area.

• If you are left with unused tickets or some of your guests did not attend, it is still considered a “sold ticket” and no refund will be given. However, these tickets may be exchanged by your Canadians Service Representative for a voucher to a future 2015 C’s game, based on availability.

• There may be other companies in the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park area on your event date. You will, however, have a clearly marked reserved seating area for you and your guests.

• Please note that with respect to existing Canadians Advertising Partners, the displaying of company signage in the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver BBQ Picnic in The Park area is prohibited unless approved by the Canadians.
