At the end of 2011, as the chairman of LGZ and responsible for thedevelopment and diffusion of Orochronodietology™, I was approached by agroup of professionals and experts who offered us the exclusivity rights forOrochronodietology™ in the segment of Network Marketing.

We were all really fascinated by the conviction, the motivation and thehappiness of these people, which goal was to create a new Companydedicated to Orochronodietology™, and to the future development of thisfantastic and very promising new natural therapy.

Behind my passion for natural medicine

there are experiences of my life.I’ve always believed that man and nature both possess remedies tothe unbalances that manifest in man as diseases.

He who knows the «sick» well, also knows how much talking andgiving attention can help resolve many of their problems.He who knows nature also knows how much the study of its languageand correct utilization of its fruit can be used to cure the sicknesses of man.

All of this is the foundation of my belief and my personal and profes -sional experiences.Venetian, descendant of a dynasty of doctors, chemists and pharmacistsfor five generations, I had the opportunity, since my youth, to also liveboth the scientific spirit of the family’s chemical pharmaceutical groupand the simplicity of another great family tradition : the love of nature,earth and the agricultural world.

Actually, I grew up among the grape vines’ agricultural farm in thehills of Vicenza where my parents brought me to life. Here, since I wasa boy, among farmers and farm animals, I was fascinated bythe alchemy of vine production and the medicine of simple folk.I tried to understand the secrets of medicinal herbs prepared by oldfarmers according to the tradition of “folk medicine”.

I have always been sensitive to the stories of the elderly on their useof popular medicine. I was fascinated by their capacity to instinctivelyindividualize, in spite of their diagnostic ignorance and medicaltherapy, good natural remedies : there was always one available andimmediately efficient. “Nature always expresses itself : you only needto know how to understand it and observe it with humility” as I wastold as a medical student, but I was over enthusiastic with a hunger tolearn the great scientific theories.These strong memories and this apparent contrast between scienceand nature, had a lot of importance on my professional life.

After graduating in medicine and surgery at the University of Padovain Italy with specialization in General surgery, Anesthesia, Reanimationand clinical pharmacology, I dedicated my first fifteen years of medicalprofession alternating surgical practice with teaching at the universityand research in medicine and pharmacology. The desire for research

and creativity oriented me toward the management of internationalprojects in my family pharmaceutical group created by my grandfather.Within Zambon Laboratories, was a maturation of fundamentalexperiences of research and pharmaceutical industrial developmentthat lead me to France at Sophia Antipolis in the early 1990’s.

It was then that I found the meeting point of my experiences and myaspirations: France, in Europe, is a country where phytotherapeuticresearch is at the avant-garde and the south of France is rich in cultureand tradition of the natural world.

It was impossible not to find my roots and wings in this environment:my first laboratory of Research and Development is in some way theunion of my experience in research, my medical practice and thecompetence that I developed through the great knowledge of plantsand aromatic herbs in this French region. Twenty years as head of aformidable staff of experts in phytoaroma- therapy allowed me to opendoors to innovation I found what I’d looked for in a long time in myresearch in this field. Thanks to this innovation, confirmed byworldwide patents obtained today, I was able to transfer mycompetences, my medical and clinical culture and my experiences ofpure research and applied research in a new enterprise reality.

I founded Laboratoires Docteur Zannini where nature-science-creativity-innovation-efficient and pharmaceutical quality found theirrealm in offering everybody the benefits that nature made available.

In collaboration with international Research Centers, world famousuniversities, and profiting of medicine and pharmacology researchersskills and experiences, we finally created in 2009 orodietology™ andin 2010 Orochronodietology™, which development and exclusivenessdiffusion are from now on ensured by HAPPY.CO international, inperfect synergy and synchrony with Laboratoires Docteur Zannini.

When I began reflecting on the creation of Laboratoires DocteurZannini, the syntony between the creation of natural remedies andrespect of nature in the entire chain of the fabrication process seemedinevitable to me. My objective has always been to conceive a means ofproduction where the pharmaceutical quality and technologynaturally get united with respect to the environment and protectionof natural energetic sources.It was in Saint Raphael, south east of the french riviera, that I found theright place. On an old improved refuse site, the technological parkEpsilon offered me the opportunity to construct an industrial structurewhose composted foundation already respected nature. We then decided to identify and apply to our project the most moderntechnology in the field of sustainable development, with particularregards to energy.

Coherent with this philosophy, our center of production is still todaythe first industrial establishment in the world to utilize solar energyas a source for all energetic needs, for both air treatment and thenourishing of the industrial process, thanks to a new system thatutilizes solar air-conditioning by desiccation. Enough of consuminggas and other energetic sources and make way to a more naturalsystem of production.Sun is sufficient for heating, cooling or climatizing the production cycleto the ideal temperature making it capable of maintaining the bestcharacteristics of our raw plant material and nourishing our wholefabrication process.

More than 1800 square meters of high natural technology was built ona terrain of more than 4000 square meters where we wanted tomaintain the vegetation that spontaneously grew in this region :lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage, eucalyptus and... grape vines.

Nutrition is the source of our lives,

The new scientific disciplines are more and more interested in therelationship between nutrition and cellular memory. Recent studies(for example of epigenetic) tend to demonstrate that food can interferewith the cell’s behaviour, even with changes to the chromosomal level. The food supply is supposed to bring to the body all the nutrientsnecessary for its proper functioning, and therefore to the maintenanceof good health. The nutrients are the elementary componentscontained in the food, or from the ambient nature. They are used bythe body to cover its physiological needs, including for growth anddevelopment. The role of the cells is essential to the life of the organism. However, to ensure their role, the healthof cells depends on three key points:

The orogranule™

Orochronodietology™ is the only natural therapy that makes possible thesimultaneous and immediate availability of the nutritional principlesneeded by the cell for its nutrition, protection and to revive its functiondeficit, in the moment when they are most needed thanks to a newbiological complex, called Orogranule™, where active ingredients are atthe same time content and container, allowing the buccal assimilationand absorption (orobioavailability).

CLINICAL STUDYAn open observational study was conducted, each participant beinghis or her own reference. 20 persons affected by snoring, withoutrestriction of age or sex used the HALT-O-RONF product every eveningfor 10 days. One observation of the snoring was made at the beginning(T0) and then after 1, 2, 5 and 10 days of taking the product.

Results:The intensity of snoring� At T0 the intensity of snoring ranged from level 2 to level 4 for themajority of patients. From the first day 90% of the patients noticed a lower intensity ofsnoring, at least by 1 point on the scale of measurement. On the tenthday 13 patients declared that they no longer snored. Out the 20 patientsin the study, 13 declared to have stopped snoring before T10: 4 from thefirst day, 2 after two days, 6 after 5 days.

The quality of sleepThe graph presents the percentage of patients who declared to havegood or very good sleep quality, depending on the number of days ofusing Halt-O-Ronf. The percentage increases by 15% from the first day

and continues to grow during the treatment. After 10 days 90% of thepatients declared they had good or very good sleep quality. It wasobserved that the quality of sleep improved by 85% in 10 days.

The discomfort of the partnerAt the beginning of the study 85% of the patients declared that their snoringcaused discomfort to their partners. After 2 days this discomfort concernedonly 50% of the patients. After 10 days of the treatment partner’s discomfortrelated to snoring concerned no more than 20% of the patients.

ConclusionThe analysis of this preliminary study conducted with the HALT-O-RONFproduct shows very positive results: 65% patients stopped snoring and90% recognised an important benefit of decreased snoring, improvedsleep quality and reduced discomfort of the partner.
