Background Information
New York City It is the largest city in the United States and of the
largest in the world, situated on New York Bay at the mouth of the Hudson River. Times Square
• It is in the New York City. Formed by the intersection of Broadway, Seventh Ave., and 42nd St., this famous square was named for the building there that formerly belonged to the New York Times, the building is located in the center of the square.
