That every staff member of LTLS andLTLS member libraries could attendat least 10 hours of education ortraining in 2008.

That library construction could bedesigned and implemented as GreenConstruction.

That all � LTLS libraries would offercustomers public computer accessand have a minimum of one T-1dedicated to library service.

That library funding would at aminimum keep up with inflation.

That LTLS would host a technologyconference that was even moresuccessful than the conference heldin September 2007.
