History Month Dinner

The LGBTQA+ History Month Dinner is only a few days away! For the

14th year, we will be hosting a dinner to celebrate the contributions

made in the Lincoln and wider Nebraska LGBTQA+ community. UNL’s

own Stacey Waite will be our MC this year and the award-winning poet

Jericho Brown will be our speaker.

Once again, the venue will be held at the Cornhusker Hotel in

downtown Lincoln. There is a parking garage attached to the building for

easy access to the dinner. We will begin at 6:00pm on Thursday

October 6.

A vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free option will be available. Delicious

desserts will be served after the dinner.

In addition to food, we have a raffle courtesy of local businesses.

Night of the Living Drag

Countdown

The October drag show quickly

approaches! Final performer cuts

happen October 3. The Party at the

and we’re looking forward to this

The show will be Friday October 28,

from 8pm - 10pm in the Centennial

Room in the Nebraska Union. If you

are hungry during the show, there

will be a bake sale and Pepsi

products (free with NCard) in the

back of the room.

Thank you to all the hard work of the

performers, volunteers, The Change,

and Spectrum UNL!
