A note from our Director! Notes from the Kitchen!

Mummy Brownies!

Brownies pre made or package to bake!

Candy eyes

White frosting

Bake brownies according to box, or buy pre

made brownies and cut into squares. Once cut

and cooled take your frosting in a plastic zip

lock. Cut the tip of the zip lock and create zig

zags on the brownies and place the candy eyes!

Happy Snacking!

Dear Parents;

October is here and we are definitely

waiting for the cooler fall weather! As

we enter into fall and winter just a re-

minder is to check your child’s cubby

and change out the summer clothes to

longer sleeves and pants. Please label all

clothing items including jackets on

the tag with your child’s name! We

have a marker here if you need to use

one.

Fall is here and we are excited to share

this festive time with you and your

children. Our annual pumpkin patch

will here be on October 18th. Each child

will be able to pick their own pumpkin

and and decorate and take home. Each

class has a sign up sheet for the Hallow-

een craft parties and trick or treat

times. All children should be at the

center no later than 9:30am so they

won’t miss out on any of the festivities.

We are also preparing for our annual

Thanksgiving feast! More information

will be sent home as we get closer to

November!

A big thank you to those who donated

to the Childrens Lighthouse hurricane

disaster fund, we so appreciated all the

donations.

We are looking forward to a great fall!
