    From the Tossed Bikes - Yellow (N), cut:• (1) 4” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (4) 4” squares.

    From the Tossed Campers - Blue (Backing), cut:• (2) 57” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 57” x 66” back.

    Block Assembly1. Sew (1) 1” x 4 ½” Fabric L strip to each side of (1) 4 ½” Fabric H square. Sew (1) 1” x 5 ½” Fabric L strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric H square to make (1) Unit 1 block (Fig. 1). Repeat to make (4) Unit 1 blocks total.

    2. Repeat Step 1 and use Figures 2-4 for fabric identification and location to make (4) Unit 2 blocks, (4) Unit 3 blocks and (4) Unit 4 blocks.

    3. Place (1) 2 ⅞” Fabric L square on top of (1) 2 ⅞” Fabric F square, right sides together. Draw a line across the diagonal of the top square (Fig. 5). Sew ¼” away from each side of the drawn diagonal line (Fig. 5). Cut the (2) squares apart on the drawn diagonal line (Fig. 6) to make (2) half-square triangles. Trim the blocks to measure 2 ½” square to make (2) Unit 5 blocks (Fig. 7). Repeat to make (20) Unit 5 blocks total.

    4. Repeat Step 3 and use Figures 8-10 for fabric identification to make (20) Unit 6 blocks, (10) Unit 7 blocks and (10) Unit 8 blocks.

    5. Sew (1) Unit 5 to the left side of (1) 2 ½” Fabric D square to make the top row. Sew (1) 2 ½” Fabric G square to the left side of (1) Unit 6 block to make the bottom row. Sew the (2) rows together to make (1) Unit 9 block (Fig. 11). Repeat to make (10) Unit 9 blocks total.

    6. Sew (1) Unit 7 to the left side of (1) Unit 6 block to make the top row. Sew (1) Unit 5 block to the left side of (1) Unit 8 block to make the bottom row. Sew the (2) rows together to make (1) Unit 10 block (Fig. 12). Repeat to make (10) Unit 10 blocks total.

    7. Place (1) 2 ½” Fabric L square on the top left corner of (1) 4 ½” Fabric B square, right sides together (Fig. 13). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 13). Flip open the triangle formed and press (Fig. 14). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼” away from the sewn seam.

    8. Follow Figure 15 for the seam direction to add a 2 ½” Fabric L square to each of the remaining corners of the 4 ½” Fabric B square to make (1) Unit 11 block (Fig. 16).

    9. Repeat Steps 7-8 to make (6) Unit 11 blocks total.

    Quilt Top Assembly(Follow the Quilt Layout while assembling the quilt top.)14. Sew (3) Unit 11 blocks and (14) assorted flying geese strips together lengthwise to make Row One.

    15. Sew (4) Unit 1 blocks and (4) Unit 2 blocks together, alternating them. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 40 ½” Fabric L strip to the top of the new strip to make (1) Row Two.

    16. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 40 ½” Fabric L strip to the top and to the bottom of (1) 4 ¼” x 40 ½” Fabric K strip lengthwise to make (1) Row Three. Repeat to make Row Seven.

    17. Sew (10) Unit 9 blocks together to make Row Four.

    18. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 40 ½” Fabric L strip to the top and to the bottom of (1) 7 ¼” x 40 ½” Fabric A strip to make Row Five.

    19. Sew (10) Unit 10 blocks together to make Row Six.

    20. Sew (4) Unit 3 blocks and (4) Unit 4 blocks together, alternating them. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 40 ½” Fabric L strip to the bottom of the new strip to make Row Eight.

    21. Sew (3) Unit 11 blocks and (14) assorted flying geese strips together lengthwise to make Row Nine.

    22. Sew the (9) rows together in numerical order to make the Center Block.

    23. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 48 ¾” Fabric L strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 42 ½” Fabric L strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

    24. Sew (1) 4” x 50 ¾” Fabric M strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 4” Fabric N square to each end of (1) 4” x 42 ½” Fabric M strip. Repeat to make a second strip. Sew the strips to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top.

    25. Layer and quilt as desired.

    26. Sew the (6) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric E strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

    27. Bind as desired.

    10. Place (1) 2 ½” Fabric L square on the left side of (1) 2 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric C strip, right sides together (Fig. 17). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 17). Flip open the triangle formed and press (Fig. 18). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance.

    11. Place another 2 ½” Fabric L square on the right side of the 2 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric C strip, right sides together (Fig. 19). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper left corner to the lower right corner (Fig. 19). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance to make (1) Unit 12 strip (Fig. 20).

    12. Repeat Steps 10-11 to make (6) Unit 12 strips total.
