ILLEGAL PREMIUM R.K.GUTKA MANFACTURING UNIT SEIZED AND

MANUFACTURER MOHD IBRAHIM ARRESTED BY CHARMINAR POLICE.

Crime No.167/2016 U/S 272,273,188 IPC of PS.Charminar,Hyderabad.

Arrested Accused

A1) Mohd.Ibrahim, S/o: Shaik Babumiya, age: 35 yrs, Occ: Business,

R/o:H.No: 20-3-140/20, ShipliGunj, ShahGunj, Doodbowli, Hyd

A2) Muneer r/o Bidar.


A3) Saleem, r/o Hyderabad

A4) Kashif, Proprietor of Chalia stores r/o Bidar.( A-2, A-3 & A-4 absconding)

The Charminar police received credible information that one

illegal Gutka manufacturing unit is functioning in an residential portion

situated in phoolbagh, Petlaburz, Hyderabad. The Inspector of Police,

Addl.Inspector of Police, SI Saidi Reddy along with staff raided the premises

No.21-5-415/23, phoolbagh, Petlaburz,Hyderabad and found one Gutka

manufacturing unit is running int hehouse under the surpervision of Mohd

Ibrahim, aged. 35 years resident of Shibligunj, Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad.

The police noticed (3) manufacturing machines and (8) bags of Gutka styled

as R.K. Gutka and also found raw material about 5 kgs of Gutka and empty

packing covers. The incharge of unit Ibrahim disclosed that the unit is

setup by KASHIF, Proprietor of Chalia stores, Bidar Muneer of Bidar. One

saleem resident of Hussaini Alam is helping the accused Mohd Ibrahim. The

accused is manufacturing the Gutka packet named as Premium R.K Gutka

without taking permission from the authorities. The accused are indulging

in the manufacturing of Gutka illegally. (Manufacturing and sale Gutka was

banned) The main culprits of the unit namely Kashif and Muneer are

residents of Bidar, Karnakata state are absconding.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri Ashoka

Chakravarthy, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Charminar Division,

Hyderabad and Sri K. Chandrasheker Reddy, Inspector of Police, Sri P.

Shiva Chandra, Addl. Inspector of Police, Sri A. Saidi Reddy, Sub-Inspector

of Police with the assistance of staff of P.S. Charmianr, Hyderabad.

“The accused persons are A1) Mohd. Ibrahim, S/o: Shaik Babumiya, age:

35 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o:H.No: 20-3-140/20, ShipliGunj, ShahGunj,

Doodbowli, Hyderabad and his business partners A2) Muneer, A3) Saleem, A4) Kashif have made a plan to earn easy money and they planned to

manfacturing Gutkha illegally. They took rented house in phoolbagh beaside Nawab Begum mosque. In this process Kashif offered 3 machines

for preparing Gutkha from Gutkha masala, Muneer and Saleem used to bring the Gutkha masala and covers of Premium RK from Kashif and

returned it to him after preparing Gutkha by Mohd Ibrahim. Kashif and Saleem are the partners of Muneer. In preparing Gutkha they were using

Five workers who are native of Manipur State.
