The rest of the time is free at your leisure Overnight at the Hong Ngoc Tonkin Hotel – 14 Luong Van Can Street Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (Breakfast and Lunch included) After breakfast, we will start our day trip visiting of Hanoi with the followings: Ho Chi Minh Complex: Completed in 1975, the complex includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, House-on-Stilts, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. The Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first University dating back to 1070. Inside are the stone steles mounted on the backs of turtles, inscribed with names of Vietnam best scholars. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education. Then you will have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we continue visiting the followings: Museum of Ethnology: This museum is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. As well as the comprehensive array of exhibits inside, there are also traditional tribal houses reconstructed within the ground. Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake: The Ngoc Son temple is set on a tiny island on the Hoan KiemLake, its history dating back to the 13th century. The temple is reached by crossing the The Huc Bridge which literally means the ‘Place Touched by Morning Sunbeams’. The Hoan Kiem Lake is the heart of the city and the source of many legends. One hour Cyclo Tour through the Old Quarter: Also known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. Originally each of the 36 streets names’ was related to the products being sold there. It’s a great place to explore on foot with numerous photo opportunities. Last but not least, you will enjoy a performance of the famous Water Puppet Theatre

Return to the hotel and overnight at the Hong Ngoc Tonkin Hotel Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (L/D) 08h00 – 08h30 Pick-up (by the shared bus) at hotel and start

the scenic, 3 1/2 hour drive to Halong Bay. 12h00 – 12h30 Embark on V’Spirit Classic Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing. 13h00 – 15h30 Savor a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic

cruises among the limestone islands. 15h30 – 16h30 Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay,

around the Bo Nau Cave area. Back to the V’Spirit Classic

16h30 – 17h30 Cruising to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.

17h30 Return to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos as the sun starts to set.

19h00 Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D) 06h30 – 07h00 Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt 07h00 – 08h30 Have breakfast on board. 08h30 Transfer to a Day Boat for a cruise to Lan Ha Bay. 08h30 – 12h00 Explore the Light and Dark Cave by kayak.

Swimming and relaxing at the beaches 12h00 – 14h00 Return to the day boat. Enjoy a barbecue lunch

on board. Kayaking more to explore Lan Ha Bay or just leisure at the beaches.

14h00 – 14h30 Visit a floating Pearl Farm and learn the technique for making high quality pearls. If the weather permits, we continue along to Three Peach Beach for swimming.

14h30 – 16h00 Cruise back to the main boat 19h00 Enjoy dinner. Socialize with other guests, squid
