Objectives
1. Promote policy debate and dialogue on various strategic thematic areas2. Re-define roles, create synergies and foster collaborations among TVET stakeholders in Kenya3. Allow stakeholders from public and private sector as well as private initiatives and development partners to showcase best practices, products, services and innovations4. Improve the image of TVET among students and the general public5. Accelerate resource mobilization for implementation of TVET reforms

Expected Outcomes
1. Raised awareness on the TVET activities of all participating stakeholders2. Recognition of industry as crucial player in TVET3. Strategies for coordinated further reform steps as well as financing concepts

Expert Careers Advice • Get one-on-one specialist advice about career
pathways and training opportunities from volunteer private sector career guidance
specialists. Career counselors will help youth reflect on their ambitions, interests, qualifications
and abilities. They will help youth better understand the labour market and education
systems, and to relate this to what they know about themselves.

Mini Training Sessions• Mini Training sessions take about five to fifteen
minutes and can cover either a brief topic or issue, a life skill or a portion of a topic to introduce youth to a

knowledge, an insight or a new skill.
