As we live now in Chilliwack, we have received the above notification late in regards to deadline of 12 noon, Wednesday, June 11, 2014 for inclusion in Council' s agenda package. Could you please insure that this will be forwarded to Council on the day of the Hearing- Wednesday, June 18, 2014.

In coming to Prince George on numerous occasions to visit my Mom, occupying our property at 1754 Redwood Street, I was surprised to see in front of our property vehicles lined up all along Redwood Street. It is now being used for parking for what I believe to be patrons and employees of Victoria Medical Building, the new Wholesale Sports Store and Liquidation Word, plus the complex that is shared by this Sports Store. Even though these places have parking, it does not seem to be enough for the employees, patrons and new projects going on in this area. We cannot support a Variance for the required parking spaces from 95 parking stalls to 48 parking stalls. If this was to be allowed, it will only add to the parking problems along Redwood Street. This also causes problems with snow clearing in the winter as equipment goes around the vehicles leaving a mess and clean up in the spring.

As this area seems to be building up and has commercial properties. We need to ensure each new

project has enough parking spaces to handle their employees and customers. Residential owners

in most cases have been here for years and deserve your consideration.
