Dear friends,

The Union Sportive des Polices d’Europe (USPE) organizes every year 5 European Police Championships (EPC) in different sports dis-ciplines. This handbook offers guidelines to assist our members and organizing commit-tees before, during and after the organization of an EPC. Our USPE Secretary General and USPE Technical Delegate (member of our Tech-nical Commission) will gladly give you further information.

We believe this handbook will help us to improve the quality of our European Police Championships. We wish you a lot of success!

Sincerely yours,

Luc SmeyersPresident of the USPE
