H&K Co., Ltd is the suppliers of polyurethane series founded on Feb. 1st, 1973. The company was funded by Heisen Yoko Co. Ltd specialized in chemical products, which introduced the polyurethane production technology for Germany for the purpose of the production and sales in Japan. The casting materials, adhesives, elastic paving materials, polyurethane foam, etc developed and produced by the company are widely used in the fields of industial product production and processing and toy production. The polyurethane resin prepresented by the elastomer and foam surely bears many functions in the highly industrialized society. Just because of this, the company thinks that it is necessary develop the Tailor-Made products according to customer’s requirements and wishes, not like the previous Ready-Made product supply. HEI-AD 1000 Series

Industrial adhesive HEI-AD 2000 Series

Although rubber material and various kinds of synthetic resin are widely used in

electrical insulation, the polyurethane resin [HEI-AD1000 Series] developed by H&K

have excellent features in electrical characteristics, flame retardancy (UL94 V-O),

processability and safety, most suitable for industrial electronic equipment potting

and pouring.

In addition, due to small shrinkage, it has little influence on coil, etc, and presents

outstanding adhesiveness.

Excellent electrical insulation material

Adhensive [HEI-AD2000 Series] is the cold setting type 2 liquid polyurethane resin

with good adhesiveness to materials in wide range. As the adhesive and sealer for

same or different kinds of materials, it is used to connect storage battery, seal the

air conditioner filter in clean room, cover the edge of table made of chip board and

plywood, line the water tank in whole kitchen, etc.

In addition, because some adhesive is carbon neutral and uses the renewable raw

materials originated for plant, the products preventing petroleum resources from

exhausting and protecting the environment are widely focused in recent years.

The following adhesive series are the representative examples, and the company

makes the careful corresponding design according to customers’ condition and

production line.

Common Casting MaterialHEI-CAST 3000 Series

[HEI-CAST3000 Series] is 2 liquid polyurethane casting material with the

characteristics of low viscosity and fast hardening, and is widely used in the fields of

ornament, automobile repair, spare parts, toy, industrial plastic parts preproduction

model, jigs, etc.

Especially the vacuum casting high physical-performance series, similar to the

physical performance of various kinds of industrial plastic, fast increases the

development speed in preproduction department, and makes great contributions to

every industry.

Elastic Paving Material HEI-AD 4000 Series

[SPORTECH] is the elastic paving material applying the elasticity of special polyurethane

resin, rubber sheet and wood chip, composed of polyurethane adhesive as the center, base

paint and surface paint, etc. With excellent durability, sound absorption and safety, the

SPORTECH elastic paving material is widely used for tennis court, footpath in golf course,

adjustable block (ILB), sports field, walkway, etc. In addition, [SPORTECH] protects

environment through the recycling of discarded rubber material and wood.

Polyurethane Foam HEI-AD 5000 Series

[HEI-AD 5000 Series] is the polyurethane series applicable for middle plate in air filter. It is hard and semi-hard foam with excellent heat resistance, permanent compression deformation, production and light weight, and it is long-term used for air filters in passenger vehicle, truck, tractor, bulldozer, etc. In addition, it also can be used in the fields of aircraft parts and components for the purpose of light weight. RIM Spray HEI-MEX 6000 Series

[HEI-MEX6000 Series] is shorter in casting cycle, compared with

previous FRP method, and no use of organic solvent will not

generate hazard volatile component (EPM) like polyurethane

resin, considering personnel health and environment. It can

make the opening casting in design, and is applicable for casting

aircraft parts and components, imitation stone, imitation tree,

poster board, etc.

Polyurethane spray series

Releasing Agent 7000 Series

Agents made by H&K [7000 Series], except for the additive putty silicon rubber

[HEI-TOOLS7611], which can rapidly take out mold due to rapid hardening, the organic

silicon releasing agent [HEI-REMOVER7001] with excellent releasing ability, the spraying

fluorine releasing agent [HEI-REMOVER94] and the pasty polyurethane dehydrating agent

[DH-PASTE], has the [HEI-CAST] coloring agent.

Agent

Casting through high reactive resin impact mixing spraying, because it

does not contain solvent, there is nearly no odor. The inside mold made of

FRP can be casted, and the mold expense is low. Because the back side is

smooth, not applicable for complex casted particles of diamond structure.

Summary HEI-AD and HEI-CAST are chemicals, especially the MDI, one major component, has thrill and

sensitiveness to skin, mucosa and respiratory organ, please abide by the notices in operation. In addition, because they belong to hazardous materials according to the Fire Prevention Law, please take care of the fire at the operation and storage site. Notice on safety and hygiene ● B fluid (except some part) contains over 1% of 4,4’- MDI.

MDI gas (MDI occasion) will not be generated at normal temperature and pressure, but trace gas may cause harm to respiratory organs, therefore, it is suggested to set local air exhaust devices at the operation site. When feeling abnormal, please stop working immediately and breathe in fresh air.

● Please do not let raw material directly contact hand and skin, otherwise, please wash with soap. Not treating after long-time contact may cause skin inflammation. Especially, oil stain on operation table and device may cause skin inflammation. When pouring out

liquid from container for sub-package, take care not to split out the liquid, and the overflowing liquid must be cleaned with alcohol, etc.

● When raw material enters eyes, wash eye with water for 15 min and see a doctor. ● When using vacuum defoaming and vacuum casting device, please set pipeline to let the gas out of

vacuum pump discharged to outside.
