This paper reviews the predominantly behaviorist approaches that have characterized the analysis of consumer spatial and shopping behavior and suggests that a transaction list approach might be more valuable. Our study, demonstrates that users of the mall will not principally evaluate malls in terms of their retail performance but as social places and spaces satisfying many psychological needs and preferences. They should not be regarded simply as an extension of the high street but rather as different sorts of places to conclude with an extended discussion of the consequences of mall development for the city and urban life, arguing that The DESERT SNOW VILLAGE indoor city is a myth.

These include office blocks, Shopping Malls, hospitals facilities, education facilities, space area facilities, public storage, roads, train and metro stations, water belt for logistic transportation, terminal, access to the infrastructure, and other attractions. OUTDOOR CITY The DESERT SNOW VILLAGE this outdoor city is a self sufficient entity containing various functions required for a wholesome living experience, the planning is concentric and individual zones are located around the central attraction of the giant air structure. Surrounded by the residential zones and the common amenities for the residents, in this way access to various functions are facilitated. The planning approach was designed to respond to the unique elements of the project: The large extent of land area; Its focus on large scale leisure and entertainment attraction with non standard site layout requirement; Its delivery through the private sector by means of very large development packages in a high risk market sector. Potential high demand for mixed use development proposals to ensure individual project viability Uncertainty regarding the time scale for completion of development of such large area. The DESERT SNOW VILLAGE this outdoor city Landscaping has a strong influence on the quality of environment an appearance of the development. This is of particular importance for a life style living, business, leisure, sport and tourism destination. Landscaping reinforces the key structuring elements of the development such as the main road pattern and design axes, and thereby helps to reinforce legibility and identity. It also assists to bind together the diversity of development styles related to the zones and other developments. Part of the landscaping strategy is to create a sense of place through commitment to planting indigenous vegetation that is conceptually very different to the artificial landscapes that are commonly created in the region. The landscape character will vary within the vast area of the project site: From natural, open landscapes of the conservation areas and ecological corridor, with sand dunes. Special vegetation shall be intensively irrigated and highly maintained within the urban core, these forming gateways, or specific focal points within parks and plazas. The road network within the area has been defined by and derived from the requirements of the MasterPlan and has been developed to accord with the need of the area. The function of the road network is to efficient distributing traffic with the development area and to provide external connections to and from the area. As such the network needs to be capable of coping with the demands placed on it by not only the resident population but also of the visitors to the area whether are oriented towards the commercial, residential, or leisure zones. The network comprise of an outer peripheral road which transfers the incoming influx to traffic to the main axis. These axis provide the links between nodes and are fed by collectors whose function is to provide a means of access to and from the arterial road network. The collectors are in turn fed by local roads which provide the access to and from the lands uses that actually generate and attract the demand for travel. The outer ring road also is an express way allowing access from service roads along the corridor. A secondary infrastructure comprising of rail line network provides quick and easy access to all the facilities in the desert snow village.

MINI-PLANTS Assembly Plant for the manufacture in series of production Mini-plants in mobile containers In order to respond to the 120,000 requests of Mini-plants per year from 240 countries, our foreigner partner implemented a worldwide network of small Assembly plants to be installed in the location, country or region of the world where needed to manufacture Production Mini-Plants in series housed in portable containers. Each Assembly Plant has the capacity to produce various types of portable production plants, as different as: Bakeries, Water purification, Dehydrated food elaboration, Steel Nails, Welding Electrodes, Tire Retreating, Reinforcement Bar Bending for Construction Framework, Sheeting for Roofing, Ceilings and Façades, Plated Drums, Aluminum Buckets, Injected Polypropylene House wares, Pressed Melamine Items (Glasses, Cups Plates, Mugs, etc.), Mufflers, Construction Electrically Welded Mesh, Plastic Bags and Packaging, Mobile units of medical assistance Sanitary Material (Hypodermic Syringes, Haemostatic Clamps, etc) and other 700 production systems To attend the current and the future demand of these units, it will be installed 70 Assembly Plants in order to manufacture 184,000 Mini-plants every year. With a total investment of $ 450 million (US Dollars) it will be to set up the 70 Assembly plants, which production will solve the basic needs and survivance of 2,000 million human beings? That is, an investment of ($0.22) 22 cents Dollar per person!
