About MelindaMelinda Maria Spigel has been designing jewellery since she wasa young girl. A strong, sexy empowered and unstoppable woman who lives her dream every day, Melinda is the perfect face for the brand. Trained as a fine jeweller, she dreamt of designing a range that offered “attainable aspiration” using semi-precious stones and gold plating for a warm feel.After years perfecting her designs, Melinda approached our master craftsmen and begged them to bring her range to life. All of our products are made by artisans who cut, set and facet the stones in the same way as fine jewellery. We then plate the designs in 10 microns of 14kt or 18kt gold for that beautiful finish.Once her first collection was completed, Melinda took it to the buyer at Nordstroms and they ordered it immediately. The rest is history!

• Our Major Partner in the US is Nordstrom• We currently appear in over 50 of their 118 stores, which will increase to

over 70 by end of 2015• For the Nordstrom anniversary sale 17 July – 2 August 2015, Melinda

Maria appears in all 118 stores• During this period, we are expected to sell around $0.5 million of

jewellery• During the Christmas trading period in 2014, Nordstrom online store

sales for Melinda Maria totalled more than all store sales.• Year on year we are experiencing 110% growth overall• We regularly undertake personal appearances in store where Melinda

talks to shoppers. Typically on a PA day, we can achieve in excess of $15k of sales!

UK and IrelandIn early August Melinda Maria launches in thirteen selected/premium House of Fraser Stores across the UK, including it’s luxury flagship premises in Glasgow.

Our premiere ROI partner is Arnott's, the largest departmentStore in Dublin. We currently have a 300 square foot “shop in shop” Retail concept in build and which launches mid August. We hope To sell in excess of 12000 Euros per month in retail value

Our central London partner is Fenwick of Bond Street where welaunched in June 2015

Our main aim for 2015 is to consolidate store selection with our partners and ensure strong sales. During 2016 we plan to add selected high end jewellery chains and destination stores to our portfolio

UK Press and PR• Melinda Maria has appointed top London fashion PR agency Boudoir to represent us in the UK and Ireland.

Boudoir represents top brands such as Modalu, Goldsmiths, Nicky Clarke and many more. An industry announcement will be made w/c 27th July.

• PR activity will include business breakfast with Melinda and top fashion editors in central London, blogger, vlogger and influencer activity and gifting.

• Boudoir will be working with us on Melinda’s visit to the UK in October which will include PA’s in a selection of our top stores across the country.

• On 27th, 29th and 29th July, Boudoir hold their “Christmas in July” event where all of the influencers, bloggers and gift guide editors come into their showroom to view their collection and get inspiration to feature in their publications and blogs etc.

• Boudoir are currently putting together an industry announcement regarding our partnership with them. In addition, we will always support our new store launches with press releases.

• Our in-store launches will be supported by a customer purchase incentive (free gift)• We will also be running a social media competition to ensure engagement/following of Melinda Maria social

media channels.
