Terms & Condition:- 1. The above rates are FOR Sugar Mill, Taxes extra as applicable. but inclusive of P&F charges. 2. The rates will be valid up to end of year 2013-14 and no escalation will be paid to the supplier during

the supply of financial year 2013-14. 3. All the material will have to be supplied as per schedule of P. order. in case of the delay in completion

of supply, there shall be penalty of 1% per complete week and maximum 5% of the total valve of the order.

4. No revision in rates shall be allowed during the supply period. 5. The ordered quantity can be increased or decreased as per actual requirement. 6. The ordered material should be strictly as per make & specifications mentioned in purchase order and it

is also required to be mentioned the make against each item of the bill, failing which material will be rejected out rightly.

7. The supply will by made directly be the supplier to the mills. The supplier will be responsible for any transit loss of material.

8. The supplier will be responsible for any late irregular and non- supply of the material (s) to the mills. In that event the mill will arrange the material from the market at the risk and cost of the supplier and the supplier will be responsible for all the losses suffered by the mills on this account.

9. Every dispute, difference or, questions which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or to any other person claiming under them touching or arising out in respect of this Purchase Order, or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to the Managing Director Hafed has decision shall be final and binding on the parties.

10. 80% Payment will be made after quality verification & the performance of the material at site and 20% after month.

11. Direct billing from the company for bulk items is to be made so that the chemicals can reach directly from the company to mill.

12. Testing of the chemicals can be done from Shri. Ram Institute, Delhi and if the sample fails the testing charges shall be covered from the party.

1 The above rates are FOR Sugar Mill, inclusive of all expenses, freight, taxes, duties, service tax, levies, sale tax, CST, excise duty (modvatable), Octroi, Transportation, Transit insurance and loading etc.

2 The weight of packing material, (i.e. Polytheen Gunny bags) will be deducted from the gross weight of Lime bags. The lime should be packed in double screened polytheen lined Gunny Bags ( to pay all taxes and duties etc. supplier responsibilities)

3 The unslaked lime should be supplied strictly as per the specification. In case of total consumption of lime exceeds 0.22% on cane ( including manufacturing process, ETP and spray Pond etc.) no payment (including price, packing, taxes, duties and freight etc.) shall be made to the supplier for additional quantity of lime consumed.

4 80% payment will be made after the receipt of the material at site and balanced 20% after completion of crushing season. 5 Silica ( Sio2) contents should not exceed and in case it is found more the prescribed norms deduction will be made as under:- A If Silica (Sio2) content in unslaked lime is upto 2%, no deduction will be made. B If Silica (Sio2) contents in unslaked lime is more then 2% a penarly @ Rs. 50/- PMT per decimal point increase in Silica

contents will made. C The mills will be free to get at least one sample tested from Shri Ram Institute for Industrial Research, New Delhi or any other

reputed laboratory monthly, the deductions due to excess Silica should be made on the specific consignment / lot for which testing has been done.

D The mills which have got tested three/more samples during the season, an average of all such samples to be taken and it should be applicable due to excess Silica content. However, if the sample of the unslaked lime is found below the specification, then mills reserves the right to out rightly reject the material.

E The ordered material should be strictly as per specifications mentioned in the purchase order. F If required quantity can be increased/ decreased during season on the same rates. G Security of Rs. 1,00,000/- will be retained from the first bill of supply and this amount will be released after completion of

crushing season. Note:- Testing charges will be borne by the party/ form in case of rejection of sample otherwise by this mills.

1. Molasses Approx.- 45,000 Qtls.

Terms & Condition:- 1. Rates to be quoted shall be Ex-factory exclusive of all duties and taxes.

2. Duties and taxes will be as applicable at the time of lifting of molasses. 3. The Molasses will be sold on ‘As is where is’ basis. 4. Lifting shall be against advance payment and full payment will have to be made within stipulated period. In

case of delay in payment interest on balance payment will be charged @12% per annum for delay period.

5. Lifting will started immediately from the next day of finalizing the tender. The entire sold quantity

will have to be lifted on bi-weekly proportionate basis in 60 days. 6. The Tenderer will have to make his own arrangement for transportation of Molasses. 7. The weighment shall be done at the factory weighbridge from 9.00A.M. To 5.00 P.M. on all the working

days. 8. The party can lift Molasses itself or can duly authorize any other person to lift Molasses on behalf of the

Party or can authorize any registered Party/ Dealer to lift Molasses on behalf of the party. However, the

Party shall be responsible for any legal/financial liability on this account. 9. No conditional tender will be accepted.

10. The Party shall abide by rules and regulations in force by the Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Haryana from time to time. Right from the day of auction of Molasses till the entire auctioned stock is lifted.

11. The Party shall have no right claim for lifting of Molasses after cancellation of the allotment of Molasses due to the Policy/Decision of the State Govt. /Central Govt./ Any Court of Law.

12. In case of failure to lift the sold quantity in time, the party will be allowed to lift the balanced stock within two weeks, effective from the last day of the above said lifting period and storage charges @ Rs. 1 per Qtl. Per day will be charged from the party. But the party will have to deposit the full payment before or on the

last day of the above said lifting period. Otherwise, the party stands liable for forfeiting the security amount. 13. Each bidder is to fill in final rate in his tender form and negotiation will be held only with highest-one bidder. 14. Disputes, if any arising out of the sale will be referred to the Managing Director, Hafed, whose decision

1 The sealed tender should be clearly marked as “Tender for transportation &loading of sugarcane. 2 Income tax/Sale tax and provident fund etc. shall be deducted from the payments as per rules

applicable. The service tax, if any, will be born by the Mills. 3 Payment will be made on Net weight after deduction of binding material. 4 Every centre will be cleared by 11.00 P.M. daily of the cane purchased. In case, balance remains at

centre are more, he shall be liable for penalty @ Rs 5/- Per Qtl. In case of No cane is available due to the fault of contractor, he is liable for penalty upto Rs 20,000/- per hour. In case of general cleaning, the entire cane will have to be lifted.

5 The contractor shall arrange loading labour himself. The arrangement of tentages/huts/cutter for loading laborers shall be made by the contractor.

6 In case, the contractor fails to provide the required number of truks/labour, the Management reserve the right to get the cane lifted from other sources at the risk and cost of the contractor and in that case, the expenditure of transportation/loading and cost of driage (quantity Unlifted) will be recovered from the contractor.

7 Truck operator will operate the loaded trucks at centres for loading of cane according to the directions of CDI/ Supervisor/ Officer of cane department and in case of violation of such instruction, a fine upto Rs. 2,000/- can be imposed and deducted from the bill of contractor.

8 For scheduled stoppages, mechanical stoppages and stoppages on account of grower/workers Union Strike. No compensation will be given to the contractor.

9 The contractor should have experience of at least one year for transportation and loding of cane. 10 In case of pilferage found in transit at the fault of driver/ operator, he shall be liable for penalty

equivalent to the quantity so pilfered. 11 Contractor has to take all the safety measures for his labour while the work/contract is in progress

and the Mills shall not be responsible for any accident/mishappening. For this purpose, the contractor shall take insurance policy.

12 The contractor will make sufficient arrangement of trucks/loading labour for quick lifting of cane from the centres.

13 The contractor will be responsible for lifting of cane immediately, in case the truck met with an accident but not later than 2 hours. The expenses incurred for lifting of cane will be borne by the contractor failing which the Mills shall lift the cane at the cost of the contractor

14 The cane will be loaded as per directions of the Centre Incharge and trucks will be loaded variety wise purely. Mixed cane will not be loaded in any trucks. Drivers will not create hue and cry at the centre and will keep the trucks standing at the centre till it is loaded variety wise

15 The batta of the trucks will have to be replaced by Iron Chain. 16 In case of any dispute between the parties of the agreement the matter should be referred to the

Managing Director, Hafed and his decision would be binding for both the parties. 17 The management reserves the right to reject/accept the tender without any assigning reason. 18 Security of Rs 50,000/- Each center will be deposited by successful tenderer after placing the

Purchase order for each center.

Terms & Conditions:- 1. The contractor will feed Baggasse in R.B.C chain. 2. You will stock Baggasse around R.B.C & E.B.C as per the direction of Chief Engineer and that will be

issued to him at site. 3. In the end of crushing season, the contractor will shift the Baggasse from E.B.C to R.B.C columns

and will prepared the one/ two Koop near R.B.C with in 25 days after closing the crushing season. 4. You will provide two tractors with Drivers and four labours for 24 hours, in Baggasse yard to feed or

draw Baggasse every time. If boiler pressure down for 20 minutes, the payment will not be made for that day and losses will be recovered from you.

5. If you will not work properly than mill management will have to engage labour from out side and at his risk & cost.

6. Payment to the contractor shall be made fortnightly if he works successfully. 7. Contractor will work under the supervision of Chief Engineer of Mills. 8. Service tax/EPF will be as per rule. 9. TDS will be deducted as per rules. 10. Insurance will be in the scope of contractor. 11. All diesel, Mobil Oil etc will be arrange by the contractor 12. 5. Loading &boarding will be provided by the mill to the service engineer. 6. Big size display will also provide by AMC Contractor. 7. Rates to be quoted as FOR Sugar Mill. 8. Excise duty- Extra if applicable.

9. CST/VAT- Extra as applicable. 10. You will certify that your rates are not higher than you quoted to other Sugar Mill in Haryana. In case found

so the same rates will be applicable to this mill also. 11. The rates will be valid for one year. 12. Suitable penalty will be imposed on late delivery/ default in meeting the terms /Conditions of AMC. 13. Sealed tender are invited from reputed contractor / authorized dealers / suppliers for annual maintanence of moist hot air treatment plants (MHAT):-

Terms & Condition:- 1. Complete repair jobs will be done by contractor.

2. The engineer / technician of the contractor will have to visit twice a year i.e. in the month of August and January under annual maintenance contract (MHAT) for inspection of the plants. 3. The cost of spare parts, if any will be paid by this Mill on the prevailing market rates after getting the

approval. 4. In case of any fault, the contractor will send the engineer / technician with in 36 hours of lodging of the complaint by the Mill through Fax / E-mail / Telephone etc. 5. Loadging and boarding to the engineer / technician will be provided by the Mill free of cost during the visit.

6. 10% payment of the MHAT will be made in advance by this Mill and 90% payment be made in two equal installments in the month of May and December.

7. The order will be placed by this Mill indicating the number of moist hot treatment plants. 8. If at any stage, it is found that contractor have charged less price in other Mills or elsewhere then double of

the amount of difference will be recovered from contractor. 9. The management reserves the right to reject / accept the tender without assigning any reason. 10. In case of dispute between both parties of the agreement, the matter shall be referred to M.D., Hafed and
