Application Process

Applicant/HR to submit the details of the educational qualification, health license and work experience, in addition to the supporting documents as per HAAD PQR

DataFlow will verify the received documents and information and submit the result to HAAD

Application Process

Facilities to apply in bulk for Health Professionals using the HR or PRO email ID

Or

Request the Health Professionals to apply directly using their personal email ID

Facilities

FacilitiesSelect Im a Facility, sign up as New user and Login

If required, a facility can create different logins with different emails for each category, i.e: Doctors, Nurses, Allied, etc..

The same login can be used to apply for as much applicants as required.

At the time of each login, Facilities have the option to create a new application or amend the pending ones.

Read the instructions Fill the Details in all Sections Scan and Upload the required Documents Select Mode of Payment: Cash or Credit Card Submit.

A confirmatory email will be received for each submitted application The email includes the applicants details, DataFlow and HAAD

references

Each Package includes the verification of 1 educational qualification,1 health license and required years of experience as per HAAD PQR

Payment Modes

Facilities and Applicants can pay the fee online using a credit card or by cash

directly at the DataFlow desks located in HAAD offices in Abu Dhabi (airport Road),

and Al Ain.

Appeal Process Facility/applicants to contact DataFlow by email at

haadsupport@dataflowgroup.com regarding Negative and Unable to Verify applications.

DataFlow will advise the steps to follow or documents to provide in order to proceed with the re-verification

DataFlow will inform the facility/applicants about the new result and update HAAD system.

All the communication regarding the appeals are with DataFlow only If document submitted for re-verification is different from the initial

document submitted, HAAD will be notified and also applicant will be asked to pay a new verification fee.
