Inbox Receives incoming mail

Drafts Holds and saves messages which are in the stage of being composed

Junk Contains and receives emails from addresses which are not familiar to the account or messages which the user has marked as “junk”

Deleted Emails which are to be removed permanently from the account (usually within 30days)
