INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS H011040 Front Bumper Honda 400EX Read these instructions before installation to avoid injury to your self or damage to the vehicle. 1. List of Parts: Item Part Name Description Qty 1 Front Bumper Aluminum 1 2. Preparation: a) Remove OEM bolts that mount the OEM Front Bumper to the frame. b) Remove the OEM Front Bumper from the bike. 3. Installation: a) Install PRO ARMOR Front Bumper on the bike. b) Re-install the OEM bolts into mounting holes of Front Bumper. c) Re-torque the OEM bolts to 16 ft-lbs. 4. Maintenance: Periodically check all fasteners for tightness and re-torque as required. document.doc
