1. Definition of Visual Language

Generic doesn’t work anymore and brands need to tell their stories through tailored content.

Our Creative Service team worked closely with BCG to define their visual language.

2. Image Sourcing

Definition of Global Visual Language together with our visual experts.

Curation of image sets based on defined requirements.

Training of Personalized Search based on initial image set.

We curated images from our existing stock AND sourced fresh images based on the defined aesthetics through our community wide photography contests (Missions).

In total, over 90,000 new images were sourced and over 40,000 photographers contributed.

3. Training the Search Rank

Our R&D Team together with the creative service team selected a training set that appropriately reflects the overall style of BCG.

A new layer was then added to the base neural network that powers EyeEm Vision.

4. Integrate

BCG today utilizes the power of our machine learning technology within our Enterprise tool.

4. Integrating the Model

Our Team integrated the new search rank into the BCG Enterprise Account.

Now all BCG consultants worldwide only license images that are truly on brand.
