Priority enrollment is given in the following order: Children of staff, returning students, siblings of returning students and new families. Upon enrollment, and each year thereafter, parents will be responsible for reregistration of children and updating emergency information.    Children and Families with Special Needs Parents must inform administration of any special needs and/or disability that may be present in their child. Providing this information prior to enrollment is incumbent upon parents to help ensure we are doing due justice to all of our students. IAA is committed to equipping our teachers and staff with the proper tools and skills required to serve our students with special needs, and we are currently not equipped with proper resources to help these students, and therefore cannot enroll these students. Stay on the lookout for updates regarding our new program catering to families and students with special needs.  Confidentiality  All information maintained on children at IAA including enrollment, health and assessment records shall be kept confidential. These records are maintained in our office. Access is only granted to administration, director and advisor.   Payment of fees  Tuition is based on an annual school year and is divided into nine equal payments. Therefore, every month’s tuition is the same. It may be paid in nine monthly payments starting August 18th or paid in full upon enrollment at a discounted rate.  Monthly payments will be due the 1 st of every preceding month. A late charge of $25.00 per student will be incurred by the 5 th of the month. Payment is due regardless of your child’s attendance during the school year.   It is the responsibility of parents to update any discontinued credit cards by notifying administration. If any credit card is rejected a late fee will still be issued.
