Summary
Hope has over 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry including positions as Managing Reporting Specialist, Facilities Coordinator, Learning Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Senior Administrative Assistant. She joined the RMG PSS group in mid 2004 and has supported various initiatives.
In 1998 Hope joined Credit Card Services as an Executive Assistant. In addition to her administrative responsibilities she assisted in budget tracking, monthly business review reporting and information systems administration. Eventually going on to serve in the capacity of Management Reporting Specialist.
Previously, Hope worked on both the Human Resource/e-Commerce-Specialty Finance Team and the Commercial HR Business Partner Team. During this time Hope managed team members’ maternity leave, short term disability claims, and returns to work, managed the team budget, monthly forecast process, provided budget training, managed asset inventory process, managed content for the Women’s ERN Exchange Home.Active member of Women’s ERN Web Management Team, Project Management Community of Practice Operational Team and Business Analyst Community of Practice, ACE,
Prior to her career with First Union/Wachovia, Hope was employed with Lancaster, Love and Company as Accounting Clerk and Office Manager.
