S pring has sprung at Heron Bay, and it’s time to mark your calendar for
some exciting upcoming community events. Our 2017 Social Committee is
hard at work planning some clever surprises for our annual Easter Extrava-
ganza event at Lakefront Park and we can’t wait to see what fun they have up

W hen shopping for a new home in
Heron Bay, buyers have two terrific
options. There are many quality spec built
homes available for immediate purchase,
or buyers can take advantage of our cus-
tom building program, purchase the lot of
their choice, choose the perfect floor plan
and custom builder and have their dream
home constructed from the ground up.
We are pleased to highlight one such cus-
tom builder in this issue. Clif Harrison of
Life Built Homes is no stranger to Henry
County or our community.
Clif grew up locally, in a family involved in
residential construction, real estate and
land development and he has diverse
knowledge and experience in the industry.
Life Built Homes currently has several
beautiful presell homes in Heron Bay in
various phases of construction. It’s always
exciting to watch their progress!

custom Life Built home in Heron Bay,

Annual Holiday Party
2016 H eron Bay residents have long enjoyed kicking off the yuletide season with the Holiday Party at the Lodge. Once
again this past December, the yummy smell of Christmas goodies filled the air and festively dressed children waited {somewhat} patiently for their turn on *Santa’s lap. The little ones enjoyed decorating cookies, coloring pictures and making ornaments, while the grownups chatted with neighbors from across the community. And
what better place to catch up with those wonderful old friends — and make some new ones - than this fun holiday event? * If you’ve not yet picked up your photos with Santa, please stop by the Lodge today. *
What would Santa do, without his little elves?
… and green cupcakes get even a Christmas angel a little messy!
Don’t
forget your
”LOT MOD”!
Planning to make a change to the exterior of your house
or lot this Spring?
