I am directed by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice thnt

the following be adopted in respect of.cases registered in ~

the Sub ordinate Cnurts invnlving the holding of a preliminary

enquiry or awaiting the consent ~f the Public Prnsecut~r with

the view to possibly committing the case to t he High Oeurt

for trial etc.

(1) Up en the registration of such a case in the lower

court the Registrar of the Subordinate Ceurt shall

forthwith cause e copy ~f the relevant charg~

sheet with its particulars to be sent to the

Senj_or .:'>.ssistant Registrar of the High Court.

(2) The Senior Assistant Registrar on rec eip t

with Notes of Evidence and exhibits shal l be ·-

(4) In respect of preliminary enquiries the Notes of

police reports, etc., shal l b e ·despatched t~ the

Pr osecut0r 1 s c0nsent the relevant documents shall

be s.ent to the High Court v1i thin forty- eight hours .

(5) Upon receipt of the documents menti~ned in (4)

above the Senior .1-ssistant Registrar .shall arrange

mind that the d2tes shall be such as to reflect
