● We focus very much on the children but we forget about the needs of the

parents. Our service should be equally enjoyable for parents too because,

after all, they pay the party fee.

A birthday is a special moment not just for the birthday girl / boy but for the

parents as well. Concentrating on the parents means acknowledging the

special moment in their family's life and making the most of it.

● Present issues:

• We don’t cover any of their needs or the needs of their guests (potential

birthday party clients)

• They feel left out and don't enjoy staying near the playground but do it as an

obligation to their child

Encountered issues

Overall, parents see Gymboland mainly through the eyes of their children and

make an idea of the playground from the few seconds they spend interacting

with our staff. They consider to be paying a considerable price and expect high

quality services.

Issues raised by parents over time:

• Party offers are not customizable

• Poor food menu

• „The party is not special enough“

• Unsatisfied by the offer vs price

• Lack of services for the attending parents

• Insufficient tables for parents + guests

• Low quality pictures of their child’s anniversary

Opportunities

Each party we organize is an occasion to impress and attract new clients from

the guests of the birthday boy.
