Attraverso una produzione elegantissima di divani e poltrone, dal ta-glio quasi sartoriale, Gyform è diventata un punto di riferimento per l’arredamento di alta gamma in tutto il mondo. Un metodo di lavoro che conserva l’antica cultura dei maestri tappezzieri, coniugandola con la con-tinua innovazione tecnologica delle linee di produzione. Nel segno della qualità avviene anche la scelta dei materiali: dai legnami per la costruzione dei telai (solo legno massiccio), alle imbottiture per i cuscini (in piuma d’oca o poliuretano espanso a quote differenziate) e ai pellami e tessuti prodotti esclusivamente in Italia.

Achieving an elegant production of sofas and armchairs with tailor-cut pre-cision, Gyform has become a point of reference for furnishings of the high-est quality in the world. By preserving the old-world craftsmanship of ma-ster upholsterers and combining it with innovative production lines, Gyform offers the best of both worlds in the final product. The choice of materials marks the sign of quality: only solid wood is used for the construction of the frames, goose down or polyurethane foam for the stuffing of the pillows, and the leathers and fabrics are produced exclusively in Italy.

Durch eine dem Manufakturgedanken geprägte handwerkliche Produktion der Gyform Polstermöbel ist Gyform ein weltweites Synonym für design-orientierte qualitativ hochwertige Polstermöbel geworden. Eine Arbeitsweise, die die alte Kultur der Sattlermeistern in Kombination mit neuesten technologischen Innovation paart. Dem eigenen Anspruch folgend hat sich der Einsatz bester Materialien bewährt. Hierbei achtet Gy-form ganz besonders auf den Einsatz regional gesourcter Matreialen. Das Holz für den Bau der Rahmen (nur Massivholz), die Füllung für Kissen (Daunen oder Polyurethanschaum unterschiedlicher Gewichte), die Leder und Stoffe ausschließlich in Italien produziert.

Grâce à une production élégante de canapés et fauteuils, Gyform est de-venu un point de référence pour la fourniture de produits de haute qualité dans le monde. Une méthode de travail qui préserve la culture ancienne des maîtres tapissiers,en l’alliant à l’innovation technologique continue des lignes de production; le choix des matériaux est également placé sous le signe de la qualité: le bois pour les carcasses et châssis (bois massif), les coussins d’assise sont en mousse de polyurethane de différentes densités ou en mousse et plume d’oie. La confection des revêtements (cuirs et tis-sus) sont produits en Italie exclusivement.

Являясь по сути индивидуальным ателье по производству элегантных диванов и кресел, Gyform признаётся во всём мире как синоним создания высококачественной дизайнерской мебели. Ведь применяемые здесь методы производства позволяют, с одной стороны, сохранить древнюю культуру мастеров обивки, а с другой стороны, внедрять современные технологические инновации в производстве. В этой связи особенно стоит подчеркнуть строгий подбор используемых материалов: исключительно массив дерева для каркасов, наполнение подушек – гусиный пух или полиуретановая пена различной плотности, кожа и тканевая обивка производятся исключительно в Италии.

Lo stabilimento Gyform occupa un’area complessiva di 10.000 mq. dove trovano spazio oltre ai reparti produttivi, anche l’area Ricerca & Sviluppo dedicata all’ingegnerizzazione di prodotti e prototipi, ed un nuovo show-room interno destinato a ospitare le collezioni dell’azienda ma anche punto di incontro e formazione per clienti, architetti e designer. Un edificio modernissimo, che unisce alla cura del dettaglio e all’impiego di materia-li pregiati anche una forte attenzione alle energie rinnovabili. Classificato come “energy zero”, il nuovo stabile è in grado di utilizzare pochissima e-nergia per il suo funzionamento seguendo criteri costruttivi all’avanguardia.

The Gyform plant occupies a total area of 10,000 square meters, which consists of production departments, and in addition, a sector dedicated to engineering research and development of product prototypes, and a new showroom designed to accommodate the various collections. In ad-dition, the plant has a meeting and training center for clients, architects, and designers. This modern building combines attention to detail, quality materials and a strong emphasis on renewable energy. Classified as “zero energy”, the new building is able to use the least amount of energy for its operation following a highly developed construction criteria.

Die Produktion von Gyform hat eine Gesamtfläche von 10.000 Qua-dratmetern, wo es - zusätzlich zu den Produktionsabteilungen - ein Be-reich für das Design sowie Engineering-Forschung und Entwicklung von Produkten und Prototypen gibt. Ganz aktuell hat Gyform einen neuen sehr repräsentativen Showroom eröffnet. Hier haben Kunden und Geschäft-spartner jeder Zeit die Möglichkeit sich einen Überblick über die aktuelle Gyform Kollektion zu verschaffen. In den angrenzenden Schulungs - und Besprechngsräumen gibt es Platz für kreative Meeting mit Kunden, Ar-chitekten und Designern.

L’usine de Gyform occupe une superficie totale de 10.000 mètres carrés; en plus du service production, on y trouve un espace dédié à la recherche du design pour le développement des produits et des prototypes. Nous avons également un nouveau show-room conçu pour présenter les nouvelles col-lections mais c’est également un lieu de rencontre et d’information pour nos clients, nos architectes et nos designers. Notre bâtiment très moderne unit l’utilisation de matériaux de qualité avec un fort accent sur les énergies renouvelables. Notre usine est classée comme “zéro énergie”; ce nouveau bâtiment est en mesure d’utiliser moins d’énergie pour son fonctionnement selon des critères de construction très développés.

На территории фабрики Gyform, занимающей площадь в 10.000 кв.м., помимо производственных цехов, располагаются собственное дизайнерско-конструкторское бюро, разрабатывающее новые образцы, и новый шоурум компании, в котором представлены все коллекции мебели, здесь же проводятся встречи и тренинги для клиентов, архитекторов и дизайнеров. Современное здание сочетает в себе внимание к деталям, использование качественных материалов и особый акцент на возобновляемых источниках энергии. Отнесенное к классу построек «zero energy» и отвечающее передовым критериям строительства, это новое здание использует минимум энергии для своего функционирования.

La facciata esterna è rivestita con una lega speciale di rame e zinco. Il prodotto che ne deriva è un materiale che cambia aspetto in modo del tutto suggestivo ed unico quando esposto agli agenti atmosferici, dove la tonalità cromatica ossidata appare calda e intensa, come a sottolineare il vissuto dell’edificio. All’interno, un’esposizione all’insegna della contamina-zione tra architettura, arte e design. Sembra quasi di entrare in una galleria d’arte, con spazi che perdono la loro connotazione commerciale, lasciando che il visitatore sia conquistato dall’atmosfera calda e accogliente, data dall’utilizzo di materiali naturali quali il legno e la pietra.

The material used for the exterior covering is a special alloy of copper and zinc. The result is an extremely robust facade that changes dramatically when exposed to the elements, in which the hue is intensely oxidized, em-phasizing the experience of the edifice. Inside, the interaction of architec-ture, art and design produce a superb exhibit. It almost seems like walking into an art gallery, with spaces that lose their commercial connotation; the visitor is captivated by the inviting atmosphere, through the use of natural materials such as wood and stone.

Endstanden ist hier ein modernes Gebäude, das die detailverliebtheit bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung von hochwertigen Materialien und einem starken Schwerpunkt auf erneuerbaren Energien zeigt. Eingestuft als “Energie-Null”, ist das neue Gebäude in der Lage, mindestens die selbst benötigte Energie für den eigen Betrieb zu produzieren. Die Außenverklei-dungen aus einer einer spezielle Legierung aus Kupfer und Zink setzt ein optisches Highlight und ist darüber hinaus extrem robust.

Le matériau utilisé en tant que revêtement extérieur est un alliage spécial de cuivre et de zinc. Le résultat en est un matériau de façade extrême-ment robuste et qui change radicalement à l’exposition de l’atmosphère, où la teinte est chaude et intense, pour souligner la vision de l’édifice. A l’intérieur cela donne l’impression d’entrer dans une galerie d’art, grâce à l’empathie entre l’architecture, l’art et le design. Ainsi, les espaces perdent leur connotation commerciale et le visiteur est saisi par une atmosphère chaleureuse et confortable grâce à l’utilisation de matériaux naturels tels le bois et la pierre.

Во внешней отделке использован специальный сплав меди и цинка, в результате чего был получен чрезвычайно прочный фасадный материал, который постоянно приобретает новые насыщенные оттенки, окисляясь под воздействием атмосферы. Внутреннее убранство можно охарактеризовать как смешение архитектуры, изобразительного искусства и дизайна. Это почти как попасть в арт-галерею, с ее помещениями, свободными от коммерческого подтекста, где посетителя окружает уют и спокойствие благодаря использованию натуральных материалов, таких как дерево и камень.
