About Q Green Trading & Contracting Sustainable Energy solutions, being the main recent goals for most of The World Governments, is also Q Green’s
main objective. Our goal is to collaborate in providing green and sustainable energy able to replace the current
energy systems polluting and poisoning our planet.
Here comes Q Green idea to be a leading firm within The State Of Qatar to contribute with Qatar vision 2030 by
launching innovative products within the local market being unprecedented and used for the first time in our
Area, trying to induce big change and amelioration for our environment.
These products will be widespread to cover the Gulf and Middle East region soon. Due to extensive polluted
atmosphere all around, we started our campaign by introducing materials and systems having quick impact
results for several fields, out of which we cite the following:
Patented Wind Energy Turbine having a very low wind speed start up compared to available wind turbines,
which makes it very efficient mainly in our Area and could contribute very quickly with energy production
thus minimizing the use of current energy plants.
Organic and Bioproducts used as soil conditioner and leaf fertilizer giving natural restoration for soil life and
giving extra nutritional values for our products; Add to that the increase in yield and quality along with
reduction of manpower and machinery usage and mainly reduction for irrigation water volume.
Nano Thermal Insulation, using NANO technology to replace the thick and complex thermal insulation
current systems with a very thin Layer of sprayed Nano Ceramic System giving better insulation results with less
application cost and long terms durability; Thus reducing the energy used for cooling and Air conditioning by
25 to 30%.
FN NANO photocatalytic system for internal and external air purification using Nano technology with Titanium
Dioxide efficient to prevent viruses, bacteria, clean polluted air from toxins, removing odors, stopping molds
and fungus, water purification and much more.
About Q Green Trading & Contracting Above cited products, being frequently used and efficiently proven and certified in Europe, were recently
Launched in The State Of Qatar, where some have been used in ongoing Projects after being tested locally,
showing high efficiency compared to conventional systems already used since decades.
Our strategy to make the use of these products a standard to allow our Children and future generation have the
chance to live in a better green environment and clean purified atmosphere.

ABOUT GWR NANO INSULATION
Introduction
GWR Nano Insulation is heat insulation material of liquid consistency, colorable, applicable like paint, which has many other beneficial properties beside the insulation.
it is perfectly suitable for industrial, commercial and communal uses.
In sum, it can be said that compared to the conventional insulating materials GWR Nano Insulation offers a better alternative to its users thereby that its construction is much simpler, faster and more cost-effective than its traditional predecessors.
The type of GWR Nano Insulation
The color of the material is basically white, its consistency is liquid; it resembles a paint of dense consistency the most, but, of course, it cannot be considered as simple paint by any means.
The origin of GWR Nano Insulation
The LCHI insulating material were originally developed for space research and military purposes during the 70s and 80s, and they were used in these segments before it got out to the public markets.
COMPOSITION OF GWR NANO INSULATION
Ceramic balls with vacuum
Plastic balls filled with gas
Solid plastic balls
plastic balls are fed to the mixture
GWR NANO HEAT REFLECTION
Heat reflection is 60-70%
The high-degree heat reflection capacity of GWR Nano Insulation is owing to the ceramic balls with vacuum. The distribution of these balls, as well as the binding material and the additive (filling material) significantly reduce the heat conductive capacity of GWR Nano Insulation compared to the materials of same density.
Generally, it can be said that GWR Nano Insulation can be applied with the following heat insulation efficiency:
1 x 0,5 mm layer 30-35%-os efficiency
2 x 0,5 mm layer 45-50%-os efficiency
4 x 0,5 mm layer 65-70%-os efficiency
Heat Flow
ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF GWR NANO INSULATION
Heat Reflection: Minimum 60-70% heat reflection, which reduces the heat costs by at least 30%.
Noise Insulation: It reduces the noise level in a 0.6mm level by 2 dB.
Environment-Friendly: Its composition does not contain harmful- or poisonous components.
Watertight and Anti-corrosive: It protects the coated surface against the weather conditions and corrosion.
Working Temperature: The coat preserves tis properties under extreme conditions. Its working operation range from minus 60°C to 260°C.
Durable: Its service life is more than 30 years; with 20 years’ implementer guarantee.
ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF GWR NANO INSULATION
Heat Insulation: With one side coating, the quality of the incoming cold air is reduced at least 30%, with both side coating at least 55%.
Water Insulation: 78% water absorption, and the high vapor permeability, is great for the inside comfort feeling.
Incombustible: It does not feed combustion, helps to slow down the velocity of the flame.
Simple and Fast: With an airless sprayer either 60-100m2 can be coated per hour, depends on how many doors and windows are there. Repairs can be resolved by painting.
Colourable: It can be colored with any acryl-based paints.
Cost-Effective: No auxiliary materials are needed for the application; the application has low labour and time requirements.

AREA OF APPLICATION
The walls of dwelling houses and industrial buildings (both external and internal
covers)
The roof structures of dwelling houses and industrial buildings (both external and
internal covers)
Metal structures
Hangars and garages
The supporting structure of valve batteries
Piers of bridges (it reduces the danger of frost)
Distant heating pipelines
Steam and gas pipelines
Air-conditioning systems
Cold water pipelines, water reservoirs, water heaters and boilers
AREA OF APPLICATION
Heat exchangers
Steam boilers
Mineral oil lines (in an underground- and over ground construction)
Dwelling- and transport containers
Hot chemical mixing tanks
Water- and different chemical storing cisterns and tanks
Cold stores, refrigerating plants
Internal structural units, engine compartment, roof structure of the means of transport
The frame structure of military devices and equipment for other special intended uses
Public road and railway tanks for the transport of different liquids
The engine-house, deck and other structural units of ships
Tunnels
Building materials
METHOD OF APPLICATION
For the application, an airless sprayer is used,
by means of which we can work fast and
precisely, by distributing the layers evenly on
the surface
2 spray heads can be connected to one
machine at the same time, so either 2
persons can work with one sprayer, which
reduces the number of the working hours
further on, thereby reducing the costs.
Depending on the project, two persons can
cover 40-80 m2 surface per hour with one
sprayer.
AIRLESS SPRAYERS V/S BRUSHES
It can be seen on the surface formed by painting/plastering (the picture
on the right) that the covering layer contains more filling material, which
may impair the efficiency of GWR Nano Insulation, and the quantity of the material use also increases on the surface.

APPLICATION OF GWR NANO INSULATION
Its application is fast, simple and cost-effective
In contrary to the conventional insulating materials, no any auxiliary
material is needed during its application (priming layer(s), mesh, grid, glue, guide, etc.).
