Online Admission Application Procedure with steps
Instructions
1. Submit online application form at-least one week before because you have to submit printed
application summary with all the relevant document (self attested) to the university address on or
before 15th Dec, 2019 during office hours.
2. When you send printed application with all relevant marksheets / testimonial, write Institute
Name and Course Name on the cover with bigger font.

3. It is suggested to use Google Chrome for online application.
4. Gujarat Forensic Sciences University Web Site: www.gfsu.edu.in
5. For online admission procedure visit URL : http://www.gfsu.edu.in/notice-board, In which you
will find details of the admission procedure.
6. It is highly advisable to read admission procedure very carefully before filling onlineapplication.
7. Before filling online application enable pop-up in to your browser
a. For Chrome : Settings → Advanced → Under privacy and security → Content Settings
→ Under Pop-ups → Click on Allowed all sites to show pop-ups
b. For Mozilla Firefox : Options → Privacy & Security (In the Left panel)→ Permission (In
Right panel) find Pop-up → Uncheck Block pop-up windows.
8. To apply online visit URL : http://gfsuadm.gipl.in
9. Keep Leaving Certificate, Marksheet of – SSC, HSC, Graduation and Post Graduation with you.
10. Prepare your photo and signature in .jpeg, .jpg or .png format with maximum size of 150 kb.
11. Prepare scan copy of all the testimonials / marksheets / certificates.
12. Keep Credit Card / Debit Card or Bank Account detail for payment .
Step – 1 Enter URL http://gfsuadm.gipl.in in Google Chrome
Steps – 2 Click on Apply Now Button and fill the form
Step-3 When you click on Save and Proceeded Button, Email will be sent from no-
[email protected] to your Email-id specified in the registration form. Following dialogue message
will be generated.
Step – 4 Check your email : [email protected] , In which you will find

Step – 5 Open http://gfsuadm.gipl.in and Enter Application No and Password, Click on Sign In
Step-6 When you click on sign in following screen will be displayed
Step – 7 If you wants to change the password, click on Change password
Step-8 To fill other detail, Click on Edit Application Form and following screen will be displayed.
Check the Personal Detail, if there is no change then click on save and proceed.
Step-9 Complete Criteria Detail and Save & Proceed
Step – 10 Complete Postal Detail and Click on Save and Proceed
Step – 11 Complete the Academic Detail. It should be in the chronological order only, i.e. Start
from SSC, HSC, Any Graduate etc. You must fill the semester details in order (I.e. 1,2,…) then
Save & Proceed
Step – 12 Complete Other Detail by uploading scanned copy of all the marksheet / certificates /
testimonial , Save & Exit.
Step – 12 Read Declaration very carefully and Click on Submit Application Form
Step – 12 Click on Submit Application Form and following screen will be displayed, Click on Ok
Warning: Once you submit application form, you cannot update application detail in any case.
Step – 13 Under Payment: Click on Initiate Payment - Read instruction carefully and click on
MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT
Step – 13 Select Payment Option and complete payment process.
Step – 13 Once you complete the payment process , Go back to Registration Status of Admission
web page and check Payment Status (complete or Pending) under Registration Information. If it is
pending means, you need to complete payment procedure as soon as possible.
Step – 14 If your payment status is complete, click on Application Summary (Left Panel) and Take
Print out (If pop-up option is not enable then application summary will not be open, advise to
enable pop-up option. For more detail read Instruction - 7 for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.)
Step-15 Send print out of application summary with date and signature of applicant along with all
the marksheet / certificate (Self attested) in following the order (Read Instruction – 1 & 2 before
sending print of application form)
1. Leaving Certificate
2. SSC Marksheet
3. HSC Marksheet
4. All the semester / yearly marksheet of Graduation
5. Degree certificate (if applicable)
6. All the marksheets of Post-Graduation (If applicable)
7. Other Document such as GATE Score card etc.
