2. Thediscussionwillbeheldin4(Four)sessions.Eachsessionconsistsof20(twenty)presentersanddividedinto4(four)rooms.
3. Thereare5(nine)presentersineachroom,andeachsessionlastsfor90minutesincludingpresentationanddiscussion.
4. Eachsessionwillbeledbyamoderatorappointedby theCommittee.
5. Eachpresentermustprepareve ppt slideshowswhichconsistofTitleandAbstract,Introduction,Method,ResultsandDiscussion,andConclusion.
6. Theppt le(s)mustbesubmittedtotheassignedmoderator5minutesbeforethepresentation.
7. Eachmoderatorisequippedwithalaptopthatcanbeusedbythepresenters.
1. Presentasi lisandilaksanakandiBintang KutaHotel,Bali.
2. Presentasi lisandilaksanakandalam 4(empat)sesi dan masing-masing sesi terdiri dari 20peserta yangakan dibagi ke dalam 4ruangan.
3. Dalam setiap ruangan,terdapat 5 pemakalahdengan totalwaktu selama 90menit,termasukpresentasi dan diskusi (tanya jawab).
4. Setiap sesi dipimpin oleh seorang moderatoryangtelahditunjuk panitia.
5. Pemakalahmenyiapkan powerpointberisi 5(lima)slideshowyangterdiri dari TitleandAbstract,Introduction, Method,ResultsandDiscussion,andConclusion.
6. Fileslideshowagardiserahkankepadamoderatormax.5menit sebelum setiap sesidimulai.
7. Moderatormenyiapkan laptopyangdapatdigunakan oleh pemakalahuntuk presentasilisan.

1. Presentersmustbereadyinthedesignatedroom10minutesbeforethediscussion.Usethistimetogettoknoweachother.
2. Mobilephonesandlaptopsarenotallowedduringthediscussionsession.
3. Smokingandtoilet-breakarenotallowedduringthediscussionsession.
4. Eachmemberopensthediscussiongraciouslyandlistenscarefullytothediscussion.Nointerruptionsareallowed.
5. Discussionisaconsensus-meeting(nooneshoulddominate).
6. Eachmemberparticipatesvoluntarilyandactivelyinthediscussion.
1. Peserta berada diruanganmasing-masing 10menit sebelum diskusi dimulai.Gunakan waktuuntuk berkenalan dengan peserta laindiruangan.
2. Tidak menggunakan telepon seluler dan laptoppada saat diskusi.
3. Tidak diperkenankan merokok atau pergi ketoilet.
4. Membuka diskusi dengan sopan,menyimakdengan seksama saat peserta lainmemberikanpaparan,dan tidak melakukan interupsi.
5. Diskusi dilaksanakan secara consensus (tidakada yangmendominasi).
6. Berpartisipasi sukarela dan aktif dalam diskusi.
