The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents RoSPA’s member logo is one of a uniform range of blue-boxed ‘stamps’ designed for use by active members of RoSPA. This logo demonstrates that your organisation supports our mission and in return gains a wealth of experience, advice, knowledge and support. It must be used only as authorised and in accordance with the following guidelines. Correct display: • Use the logo as provided, reproduced from an eps, jpeg or png file • Use the logo in full colour where possible (CMYK for printed applications, RGB on-screen) • Don’t alter the logo masters, this includes changing the position, alignment, colour or text within the logo Conditions of use: • The logo should not be used in such a way as to imply a level of performance by RoSPA and should not be used to imply any level of endorsement by RoSPA • The use of the RoSPA member logo is subject to us receiving full payment for the RoSPA membership • The member logo may only be used by active members - if your membership is cancelled or not renewed then use of the logo must cease at no cost to RoSPA • The logo must not be used in a way that has the potential to bring RoSPA into disrepute or will be in any way considered misleading • The minimum size and exclusion zone of the RoSPA member logo are shown below and the logo should never appear to be larger than your own organisation logo: • Authorisation to use the logo shall only remain valid so long as the conditions of RoSPA membership are complied with In addition, the following also apply to use of the RoSPA member logo on vehicles: • The member logo must be positioned in a clear space, no larger than 20cm in width and 10cm in height with a 5cm exclusion zone round the artwork • Avoid placing the RoSPA member logo over a broken background, such as a large join in a vehicle’s side-paneling • Driving or parking in an unsafe manner will lead to permission to use the RoSPA member logo on your fleet being revoked. *The logo should be displayed on a ‘useful addresses/links’ page (with a link to the RoSPA website), a ‘memberships held’ page, or any relevant health and safety pages. If this is not possible, it may be used on a website’s home page, in which case extra care is required regarding its positioning and size, which must not be unduly prominent.
