The patient or his attendant will refer to the reception
unit after receiving the hospitalization form, from his
attending physician. The insurance document and
primary information will be received by the receptionist
and will be entered on the computer . during filling the
specification and testimonial form, the patient will be
leaded to the ward and will be hospitalized there.
Discharge processes
After the patient discharge ,the form will be sent to the
discharge unit. The discharge clerk will conform with
electronic discharge list and if it is complete ,it will be
sent to the computation process
After computing , the bill will be printed and given to the
patient's attendant .The patient's attendant will be leaded
to the cashier . After payment and receiving the bill
,the patient will be refered to the discharge unit.
The discharge clerk after receiving the bill ,will send an
emission ship, and will guide the patient's attendant to
the ward . The emission ship will be delivered to the
ward and the patient will be discharged from the
hospital.

The laws special to the hospital
1. The sanitory pack you received including facial tissue ,
brush , tooth past , glass ,spoon ,sandal and dress, therefore
it is necessary to replace your clothes with the hospital
clothes.
2. Avoid keeping nourishment in black nylon, because black
nylon is made up from recyclable matterial.
3. Wash your hands with water and soap before and after
using lavatory . The guidlines for washing hands is set
above the lavatory, please pay attention to this guideline.
4. Dustbin with yellow nylon is special to the infectious
dump and blue dustbin with black nylon is special to
the ordinary dump.

5. Avoid bringing things such as natural flowers,
watermelon, blanket and etc for health preservation of
the ward.
6. Use the ring above your bed for calling nurses.
7. Avoid handling the serum (decreasing or increasing the
drops ), sharp and trenchant things.
8. Avoid bringing precious things and jwelery and
unnecessary things. In the case of delivering the precious
things to the gurdian ,they will be given back to the
person who presents the belongings form.
9. Refer to the medical document unit then to the labratory
and Radiology unit if you need the copy of paraclinical
proceeding.
10. If you need to receive the certified copy of detailed
service and their costs in English inform the head nurse
to coordinate with reception unit.
11. If you need to use internet , free phone or transportation
services ,laundry and etc , inform the head nurse .

1. Avoid giving food or drugs to the patients without the
nurse's permission.
2. Avoid smoking for the sake of the patient safety and his
right.
3. If your patient need an attendant, receive the attendant
card from the reception unit.
4. Avoid attendance out of visiting time for the sake of the
patient's calmness and the personnel concentration on
taking care of patients as well.
5. The visiting time is from 3 to 4 pm.
6. Attendance of more than one person beside the patient
in ccu and icu at the visiting time is forbidden.
7. Stretcher bedstead for patient's attendant is at the
ward,please avoid to flatten the blanket on the floor.
8. Cover your nose and mouth with handkerchief during
sneezing, avoid kissing patients , especialy children.
9. Avoid sitting by the patient's bed to prevent transferring
the infection to the home.
10. keep your cellphone silent in order to prevent from
disorders in electronic medical equipment and noise
pollution.
11. According to the received tarrif , if the attendant
residence at the hospital lasted more than 6 hours , the
cost of one complete day will be considered

1. Mosque : The mosque is placed in the yard . parayermat ،
Tayamom stone are existed in the all rooms ، and the
keblah sign is fixed in the rooms .
2. Buffet : buffet is placed at the main aisle in front of the
reception and next to the insurance unit ، it is open every
day .
3. Taxi : hospital phone agency is ready to service all of you
hostelry .
4. Automated teller machine (ATM( : refah bank ATM is
placed at the main.
5. Public phone : free phones are placed at the hospital aile,s
and pay phone is placed at main aisle for the sake of client
welfare .
6. Photocopy : the aisle ending emergency .
7. Greenbelt : beautifull greenbelt ، musical fountain ، alcove
and chair are placed at the yard for the client welfare .
