• Slide Format:
• 16:9 Ratio Widescreen
• Slide Template:
• We do not have a standardized template we require you use for your slides, feel free to use a template provided by your company or make your own
• Slide Background:
• Clear and concise
• Event Logo:
• Should you wish to use the event logo on your presentation, please reach out to your Event Manger who can provide this for you
• Font Size:
• 28+ Font size smaller than this may appear blurry
• Graphs/Tables:
• 1-2 per slide Additional graphs/tables may appear small and hard to read
• Visual Aids:
• We encourage you to use images/visual aids to capture the attention of the audience
• File Type:
• When you finish recording your slide presentation, please save and submit as an .mp4 video file, not a .pptx
• Sending your file:
• Your MP4 file may be too large to send via email
• We recommend using www.wetransfer.com to transfer your recording to your Event Manager
