Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation The manuscript of the paper to be presented at the conference should be prepared according
to following instructions, and submitted via email at the following address: [email protected]
INTRODUCTION Each paper, including figures and tables, should be limited to 8 pages. The paper should be
typed as a single-columned text on A4 size using MS WORD, with left, right, upper and
lower margins being 1 inch.
ORGANIZATION OF THE PAPER A short abstract should state briefly the content, methods and the results only. Define
abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used. Avoid footnotes at the bottom of the
page.
Structure of the Paper Papers should have the following structure: Title, Name(s) of authors(s) and affiliation,
Abstract, Main Text, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if applicable) and References.
Heading Categories
TITLE (type in bold capitals) MAIN SECTION HEADINGS (type in bold capitals) Sub-headings (Type in bold lower case)
Fonts Title: Time New Roman, 14 points, bold, capital Author(s): Time New Roman, 11 points, bold, lower case Affiliation: Time New Roman, 10 points, regular, lower case Section Titles: Time New Roman, 12 points, bold, capital
Sub-headings: Time New Roman, 12 points, bold, lower case
Abstract: Time New Roman, 11 points, regular, single line spacing Main Text: Time New Roman, 12 points, regular, 1.5 line spacing
Units and Equations Use SI units only. Equations should be typed using MS Equation Editor. In the text equation
should be referred to as Eq.(1). Align left each equation and allow single line spacing above
and below, as:
cos _ + cos _ = 2 cos
__ + __ cos
__ − __ (1)
Tables, Figures and Photographs Briefly and descriptively title each table and caption each figure (Time New Roman, 11
points, regular). Place table title above the table and figure caption below the figure. Each
table and figure should be referred to in the text (e.g., Fig. 1, Table 1); and placed in the order
referred to and as close as possible to the first reference in the text. Allow single spacing
between the table or figure and the adjacent text, and no space between the table title and
table (or figure caption and the figure). Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively
with single Arabic numerals. Examples:-
Table 1. Experimental data. Length (cm) Width (cm) Area (cm

3.0 1.5 4.5 8.3 3.0 24.9
11.0 2.5 27.5
Fig. 1. Hydrogen-plasma emission spectrum
Note: Do not reduce figures or tables to a size that is difficult to read.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION All the results obtained should be discussed in detail.
CONCLUSIONS State the main findings in brief only. Acknowledgement Acknowledgement comes here. (if required) REFERENCES References should be typed using Time New Roman, 11 points. Example of
