Patent to Captain Sanders Glenn and Company. From William and Mary, King and Queen of England, Scotland, France and Ireland to Captain Sanders Glenn, Barent Wemp, Joanne Sanders Glenn. Covers a grist mill and several small parcels lying within the town of Schenectady, county of Albany, which wer lastly in the tenure of their parents Sweer Teunis Van Velsen and his wife Maritjie (both slain in the 1690 Schenectady Massacre). 12 Morgan (24 acres) with [unknown], which crosses a "wagon path from Albany to Sch[enecta]dy." Also contains one gues, or corn mill which stand in a kill, creek, or stream. Containing 3 morgan (6 acres) also "more than the 1/2 of a certainisland lying over and against Sch[enecta]dy on the other side of the stream between both island parcels." also a piece included of the town, part of Juff Corlaer land, [sold?] by Gysbert Gerritse and Isaac Cornelius Swits containing 4 morgan (8 acres). Given to Johannes Sanders Glen in trust for the children lawfully begotten by Myndert Wemp, deceased, and his wife Giever who remained with said J.S. Glen. Signed by Daird Jamison, Benjamin Fletcher, Captain Clen and the Governor of New York. Fletcher signed across where the seal was supposed to be attached; seal gone.

Grants priviledge for Wemple to have 75 logs yearly sawed at Bradt's sawmill but stipulates that no priviledges be given for the ironworks or for riding the saw logs (presumably on the waterway to the sawmill, which may or may not be the "Normans Kill" mentioned in the document) unless Wemple pays a yearly rental fee.

Conveyance, for a sum of 25 pounds, of a piece of woodland to Christopher Yates from Andries Wimple. Land in the county of Tryon on the north side of the Mohawk River. Commissioners of Forfeitures operating under and act of the State Legislature of New York, entitled: "An Act for the Forfeiture and Sale of the Estates of Persons, who have adhered to Enemies of this State, and for declaring the Sovereignty of the People of this State, in Respect to all Property withing the same." The Commissioners of Forfeitures oversaw the sale of land confiscated from Loyalists during the American Revolutionary
War.

Veeder, conveying the lands described in the 1798 deed from the former to the latter.
