Foldaway security turnstiles and cart entrancesThe CADDIE security turnstile togetherwith the cart entrance system offers a simple solution for controlling visitor access or customers with carts.

Cart entrance system: It is made up of a cart entrance post and a guide post with semicircular tube linked by a bar to allow the cart access.This bar is fi tted with 3 or 5 one-way fl aps. These fl aps swing freely in the entry direction but prevent carts moving in the opposite direction.

Anti-panic double security system.

A fully retractable security turnstile. The system retracts in the direction of exit, under horizontal pressure.It thereby frees an effective entrance space of 1200 or 1400 mm for safety or goods handling requirements (pallet truck, automatic cleaners, rolls...)

The QUARTZ security turnstile has an emergency system to free the rotation direction and release the user if necessary.

Posts, connecting tubes and panelsThe combination of the classic decor and effective installation techniques. A patented assembly system with flange mounted on-site allowing customized adaptation to the premises. The QUARTZ foot is made up of a base fixed to the floor by a single central screw guaranteeing greater effective anchorage and time-saving installation.

Installation The originality of the system offers freedom of choice in the number of tubes (1,2,3 levels or more) and adjustment of their height.

Post A 50 mm steel chrome-plated or black tube. It is maintained in a high perfor-mance alloy base fixed to the floor by a single supplied central screw. Each post is supplied with a chemical fixing plug. This fixing system makes installation easy.

Connecting tubes Made in 32 mm reinforced steel tube. High performance chrome-plated or black coating. Available in 5 lengths for nominal distance between posts of 500 to 2500 mm. The connecting tube is blocked by simply tightening the flange.

Chain ring May be fixed either on the flange or anywhere on any flat surface.

Flange Its design allows in-line type sockets. The right angle socket is provided by an additional black steel angle socket.

Resetting.All Cadditronic gates are fitted with a system which activates the automatic return of the arm to the initial position (after an attempt to exit in the opposite direction or an emer-gency opening). You will save on the intervention of the servicing department.

Remote control.Remote control can be used to open Cadditronic from a control station (supervisor, checkout assistant, reception, for no-purchase exit, restricted access, staff only areas, large volume...).

Free swinging arm.In the event of a power cut, the arms of the gates swing free and offer no resistance to entry.

Counter.A standardized entry counter is supplied with the moving unit of the Cadditronic and indicates the number of openings.

Goods handling.The Cadditronic goods handling function allows you to keep the arms of the gate in the open position. It is particularly useful for letting goods handling vehicles through (pallet transport material...)

Cleaning.Free access for cleaning machines (automatic cleaners...) when the Cadditronic gate is in the goods handling open position (see above).

One-way detection.When the goods handling function is in operation, the one-way detection system remains in service. It can be disconnected if required.

Programmed opening.The Cadditronic gate can open without ouside intervention in a pre-programmed time slot. For example the opening of the store to let in the flow of customers or for any other service reason. Connected to a timer.

1. Cell and radar detection.As soon as your customer crosses the radar or the beam given off by the cell, the Cadditronic gate opens and invites your customer inside the store. An adjustable time limit maintains the gate open for the required amount of time.

2. Assisted opening.Just one push on the arm of the gate and it automatically fully opens. The facility of an automatic system on a mechanical gate. An adjustable time limit maintains the gate open for the required amount of time.

Synchronization.The arms of Cadditronic double gates are perfectly synchronized: all their movements are simultaneous.

Opening for the disabled.The Cadditronic gate can be linked to the remote control to allow special access for the disabled.

Permanent opening.In normal use, the arm of the gate remains constantly open and is closed with the setting off of the alarm when there is an atempt to exit in the opposite direction.

Badge.A badge scanner can be linked to the Cadditronic when the gate controls restricted access entry.

SECURITY

Antipanic. Cadditronic opens in the opposite direction under a constant and controlled pressure limited at 15 daN.

Automatic opening.In an emergency, the opening of the gates in the emergency exit direction can be automatically controlled (smoke detector, central alarm...).

Emergency.Emergency opening of the gate can also be controlled by remote control with a «slam» button.

SHOPLIFTING CONTROL

Cadditronic detects and signals people who try to exit via the entrance.

Shoplifting. Cadditronic actively dissuades people from trying to exit in the opposite direction. This one-way system effectively contributes to your efforts against shoplifting.

Cell detection. A set of cells integrated in the base (store side) detects and analyses opposite direction exiting, then warns with an alarm (light and sound).

Movement of gate blade. As soon as the arm of the gate is pushed from the inside, the sound and light alarms are set off.

Sound alarm. An attempt to exit in the opposite direction detected by cells sets off an adjustable volume alarm. This can be turned off when required. When the arm of the gate is pushed in the opposite diretion, the sound alarm always goes on.

Light alarm.Attemps to exit in the opposite direction, detected by cells, set off a flashing light.
