STEP 1: Download the App If you have an iPhone, search for “Medallia” in the App Store. If you have an Android phone, search for “Medallia” in the Google Play store. Please ensure that the App you download is called “Medallia Mobile 2”. Click Open.

STEP 2: Log in to guestVoice on your Desktop In the Upper Right Corner, under User Settings, there should be a selection called “Try our Mobile App.” Click on the link and it will take you to a page with your individual access code.

STEP 3: Open the Mobile App on your phone, enter your individual access code, click “Log In”.

STEP 4: Click “OK” when prompted with the question – Medallia Would Like to Send You Push Notifications.

STEP 1: Click on the guest response. On the next screen, click on “Actions”, then click “Reply by Email” and select the Response Template you would like to use, and then click “Send”.

Note: Only Property Level Responders will have the ability to respond to the guest.

STEP 2: Once the response has been sent, click on “Actions” and then “Close Alert.”
